The Yanks produced Nu Wave...thats about the closest they got to punk....they were decades behind...This is... decidedly Post Punk, with style....Fuckin amazing to listen to still....some 40 years....unbelievable The Furs were still part of the creative explosion from Punk....which saw Magazine, Echo, Siouxsie, Bauhaus, Simple Minds, U2, The Cure ....amazing times
