I’m gonna be 100% honest. The art style feels... lacking. Like they’ve chosen this style because it looks different yet it’s “cheaper” than actually animating something.
The story seems alright. Seems a bit like it’s gonna be over-hyped and a disappointment, like many games. Can’t remember if it’s an indy developer or not. If it is however, I’ll expect to see something like what happened with Fall Guys; a small company unexpectedly getting attention making them unable to feed the fan base with updates, forcing them into a downward spiral. Though this is a possibility, I believe that due to the genre there won’t need to be a huge amount of content updates.
The 8 player multiplayer on the other hand feels like a desperate attempt to get attention, almost forced because I fail to see how it will make for entertaining gameplay.
Overall, it seems like the story may not be too bad but what the spotlight truly shines on won’t be shown until release or maybe just before hand.
I’m only excited to see if others will be disappointed or not, don’t massively care about the game.

@@Roslynguy Yeah. I guess... It could work, I just don’t trust many games, especially after 2042, Cyberpunk and more - all decently big developers capable of making a good game and typically they are good games, they’re just riddled with unnecessary, game breaking features. I personally forgot that this game was coming out and that I put this comment, so I haven’t checked up on the game.
