One of the best pieces of advice I can give people about playing is let your opponent make more decisions before you act

Great question! Not a good reason not to honestly, likely just mental fatigue from being last game of the night and hosting the live stream

Too many people just jam the win when its in front of them like that, putting yourself in the most un-loseable position possible is the right thing to do and you showed that perfectly on that last turn

Why not cast the petal before cleanup, and the chrome mox before wheel (optimizing plays)?
I think the chrome mox came off "my" esper sentinel draw before the wheel, but the rest I answered somewhere else above, probably just mental fatigue, last game of the night + hosting the live show will do that
This game was from about 6 months ago though so can't quite remember if I was thinking about playing towards something or if that was just a genuine slip up. Not normally the kinda thing that gets by me but it happens

“Just win already” is a bit of a casual mindset, TBH. You gotta take each action that will improve your chance of winning until the game is over or your opponents j see the writing on the wall and concede to save time.
"Its not over until is over" thats what i learned playing fightning games and watching justin wong playing marvel vs capcom.

Honestly I think the correct answer is pretty much "dies to bowmasters but so what" lol
It loses points for sure but it's still just powerful enough to take over the game until someone finds it

Bowmasters is 1 out of 98 potential cards in an opponent’s hand & when they don’t have it, you get to keep your notion thief
would love to see how the meta would change if they banned thassa's
It wouldn't to any noticeable degree. Underworld Breach would still be the most popular and strongest win condition

@josuemunoz1993 nah, I think just about any deck in the meta has about 3 different ways to kill you at least if they had access to their whole deck, thoracle is just the cleanest.
Judge, Tyler only tapped 2 for Metamorph, and shouldnt have been able to swan song
