Im in Arizona blood alcohol says less than 0.02% and the chain of custody doesnt list when it was given to the lab for testing undrr purpose and onr cant make out the name ot signature in the last form due to them using initials

What if the blood alcohol test comes up you were pass the legal limit ? Can you still use these defenses ?
If the facts support the defense, then yes.
