The last time I was in Disney Springs in Florida just before Covid I got a dress from the Dress Shop that was themed after the pirates ride, and it has a cool 1950s flair. It was pricy so was my main souvenir. At that time like you said, it was moreso a store of unique dresses. I’m kinda sad that now it’s more of a regular clothing and merch store. I loved the original Dress Shop! I guess maybe the products weren’t hitting a big enough target market. Also I love those Tomorrowland ears!! They totally should make more unisex ears without bows.
Can you do a video about the monorail and/or train? Looking for some easy rides to help the kids mellow out.

Love that the Tomorrowland merch features the Peoplemover. Proof DL needs to bring back that ride!
They have the same merch in WDW. So my guess is it was designed for both coasts.

You can try Din Tai Fung in San Diego Traver. There is one at the UTC mall. Long wait times though be warned. Haven’t tried it yet but a lot of people really like the food.
I did go into that shoe shop once. Del Sol. I can't remember what you called it. It was down poring rain. I was hoping that the store would have some type of rain shoe. They did not. And never went back in.
They sell mostly flip flops. And I’ve never seen anyone in there. It’s not surprising it closed.

Hey Guys, the dress shop merch lines look great. The really bright dress that Amy was looking at looks like it may be spandex material. Like for gym/ running .
Especially those leggins and the zip up hoodie.

I put out a DCA video a week or so ago. But if you mean not at the DL Resort in general, only what’s on Shop Disney.
This is a DLR unique event.
Are Downtown Disney and Anaheim Garden walk near each other? Are they both walkable from the Disney parks? Is one better than the other? I’ve never been there before and just trying to get a lay of the land.
The Garden Walk is about 15 minutes from Disney. Still walkable, but not at all close to Downtown Disney. And it’s really a run down mess of a place.

Is California Sole closed forever or are they moving it to another location in downtown disney?
Based on an article I just read dated 2 days ago, it sounds like the owners are bidding the store “farewell” and calling it bittersweet.
Which leads me to believe they are not getting a new store, and this is the end.

Is it easy to walk from Disneyland/DCA to Downtown Disney?
Yes. Once you step out of Disneyland or DCA, Downtown Disney is just a quick 30 second to a minute walk (depending how fast you walk).
Yes! Less than a minute. You can see Downtown Disney from the esplanade.
Are you at downtown disney in California or Florida?
This is California (filmed a few weeks ago). The one in Florida is called Disney Springs.

Are you missing out on good and unique merch if you only shop in Downtown Disney and not the parks?
For sure. There are things that can only be bought at Disneyland and things that can only be bought at DCA.
But unless you browse every store, it’ll be hard to pick out what’s what.
So I would just browse when you can wherever and buy what you want without worrying too much about it.
