I too often find my self crying out to Jesus to come soon. But then I realize if He did come soon, what with all those we have been praying for? Will they turn to Jesus in spite of the persecution? Holy Spirit,touch their hearts before it is too late!

Jesus always called God my father until he was paying for the sins on the cross and then he said my God why have you forsaken me he had to be separated from his father to pay four our sin
I had been told by a pastor that the reason Jesus felt forsaken was from all the sin of the world He had taken upon Himself, causing Him to feel separated from His Father in that moment in time. Jesus bridges that gap for us to be sons and daughters of the King of Kings. Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.

I have been through so much in my years and felt so downtrodden and almost hopeless, but each time with each even, I held fast to Jesus and stayed in the Word, and I only wish I could explain all that Jesus did to bring me through each thing. (Two sons lost, separate times, lost a baby, husband strayed and more, so much more) God was there and through each thing I knew Jesus had gone through the same for me, and for you all. He is an incredible God. The ONLY true and real God.
Thank you Jesus for dying on the cross for the sins of the whole world and all we have to do is confess with our mouth that you came in the flesh, lived a perfect obedient life, paid the price for our sin which was death because we are all sinners, repent of our sins, and accept the gift of salvation that only you could give! Believe that you rose from the dead, victory over sin and death so we to can have eternal life in you! Thank you Jesus Amen!
