Its the climbing bug, the having to stand in a very specific spot to trigger the inter action bug(portals and treasure). I jusssst finished this, and im so happy to be done with it

@@AstriaTheFox I honestly was at the point of "walkthrough or delete the game" Its almost like the guys who made this quest werent even part of the same team. Now i can finaly go back to chasing butterflys ,fishing and giving flowers to Tish.
nothing will compare to my despair when i thought i was finally done with this quest and this temple, went back to the village, and then realized i still had to get Zeki’s treasures and go all the way back…

I also ran into an issue picking up the wine barrel so I didn't think it was a treasure when I played through initially. Your video literally saved me from losing my mind! Lol

Aww, thank you! Are you playing on Switch? Seems the Wine Barrel is particularly difficult to pick up on Switch. And totally agree on wanting to keep the treasures, some are so adorable! Maybe one day we'll get them - we would love them too!
On the Switch, looking down helps when picking up items. So strange.

@@RyuNekohime Ok, that's weird, usually it's Switch that has problems. There has been a patch so who knows what got affected by what, might be a new bug. Sadly we can't reproduce it as we've done all the quests. I'd say contact support.
Just wanted to say thank you from the absolute bottom of my heart for making these videos explaining this cursed island and quests because I have spent HOURS IRL and problems MONTHS in the game just trying to to get everything so I NEVER have to come back! This is the last of the quests I need to do and I'm so happy 😭 such a complex area to get around

Thank you! Also for me the barrel was super buggy. I thought it was something but I didn't get anything coming up on screen that it was something interactable. After watching your video, I went back and literally ran around the barrel for about a min spamming F and it finally triggered. Now I'm stuck at Eye of the Storm where you're supposed to "Talk to Zeki at the main island" He and the twins haven't moved from the final island, and no matter what I do they're still stuck there :/
When you delivered the eggs to the big nest at the starter island, could you talk to Zeki and did the air stream that leads over to the final island unlock? If not, you have unfortunately encountered a known, progression-blocking bug and won't be able to finish the main quest, nor the treasure quest. They unfortunately won't fix it before the new year.
There was supposed to be an airstream? :O I was wondering how you were supposed to get over there. I was just flying and dying under the last island where it would reset me right on it. I thought that was how you did it, lmao. Yeah, nothing happened when I put all the eggs in the nest and I'm assuming that the quest wouldn't let you fill it and continue with you activating the gates and them porting over to the last island. Hm. I suppose its a good thing that it *is* a known bug. I'll send a report in any case...another chappa quest chewing victim lol

Yeah, every additional bug report is good, so they can see the most frequent and critical issues. It's possible to glide and die your way over, but unfortunately as you have noticed, it's a dead end for you at the moment. Maybe check out our Vault of the Gales bundle video and gather all items which will be needed once you have completed the quest in the Temple (once fixed) and unlocked the bundles - gives you some goals till it's fixed!

Good God, so glad i threw in the towel and looked this up. The first gold egg i would have never got to to begin with as that arch is so janky i tried to climb on it 5 times and couldnt but now i see you can.
Yeah, it's easy to give up on a couple of places that seem unreachable. One of us also did that, luckily the other one managed, otherwise we'd dismissed that place as well.
I'm glad someone is making content like this for Palia. I most certainly would have lost my mind checking and rechecking every inch of this place and never finding at least one of the three treasures I missed.
(For context, I missed the egg, the chappa statue, and the airship. I'm pretty sure I would have never found the egg without this guide)

I think it should be a rule that you can see which treasures you are looking for and which you’ve handed in! Thank you for this guide. I mentioned it in one comment here but I can’t pick up the wine barrel (on PC) and these quests are clearly trying to drive you into madness…

Has anyone else had problems with the fish? I haven't picked it up and given it to Zeki yet, but it isn't even in that area on the final island...like it's not visible, and no option to pick up anything shows when I go to that area :(
Thank you! It's weird that the fish doesn't show for you. Just in case you picked it up and don't remember, have a look in your dedicated quest inventory in your backpack (under the "!" tab). If it's not there, I would contact support.

Both the Egg & the barrel were tricky to pick up, have to move around the object from different angles until you see the "F" bar pop up.

Did you complete all side tasks, like collecting the pink bugs and finding the 4 food sources for Caleri and Elousia? Those are needed to progress as well.

Have you completed the other side tasks, like collecting the pink bugs and finding all 4 food sources for Elouisa and Caleri? You need to do these as well to unlock the air stream. If yes, it could be a bug and I would contact support.
i dont get it, so iif i found all 15 eegs im able to come to the big city in front where zeki stands? it activate the windy thing so i can fly to the big iland? because if yes its bugged for me can someone explain how i get to the big iland?
In fact, you only need 10 Eggs to unlock the wind stream, the 15 eggs are only needed if you want to unlock the bonus treasure chest. If you can't talk with Zeki after putting in at least 10 Eggs, which would enable the wind stream, it is bugged. One thing to check, is if you have done all side tasks (catching the pink bugs and the 4 food sources for Elouisa and Caleri) as that's an additional requirement. If that still doesn't unlock it, you are one of many that have a bug and we are still waiting for a fix.

Ok, so you got the air stream unlocked that brought you to the final island? Meaning you have also completed the side quests for Caleri and Elouisa that required you to find the 4 food sources and the pink bugs? If so, then Zeki should have a new quest for you on the final island ("Eye of the Storm" quest line) that asks you to find something to pick the lock of the gate. Just complete this quest and the door should open.
This game has a LOT of potential, but some of these quests I feel are unnecessarily difficult, with no clues where to find what you need.
My flow to the main island is gone how can I get there? There semes no way
Just a heads up as of 06/03/24 palia support told me that this quest is NOT optional and has to be finished in order to even complete the Proof of Magic quest at all
That's really bizarre since it's a completely unrelated quest. I don't want to say their Support is wrong, but I almost have the feeling they mixed something up. Curious to see if anyone else will have issues completing the Proof of Magic quest now.
@Pixelcave my guess is that they have to be wrong or confused. They said I needed to finish this entire quest to be able to activate the slipstream to the last island but I need to get to the last island already just to finish this quest 😭
Exactly, this makes zero sense. The only 2 other "quests" which are required to open up the stream to the final island (in addition to the 10 eggs), are the ones for Elouisa and Caleri (the 4 food sources and pink bugs). I'm not surprised they are confused, this Temple must have been a nightmare for customer support. 😆

How do I get to the spinning glow island?! No flow gates I try take me there 😢
Not sure which one you mean, but in general you have to reach each island first before you can activate a flow gate there. After activating it on an island, you can then use it in future from the main island to travel. You might want to watch our Silverwing Egg video as we show how to reach more points of the various islands in more details czcams.com/video/KsUSqzrgkY4/video.html.
The ancient symbol plaques aren’t showing up for me..😢 I’ve collected all other treasure but that’s the only that’s not showing up for me😫 hoping it’s a glitch & it’ll appear at some point😅
Hm, that's odd, but I think I heard someone else saying the same. If it doesn't show up after a relog and revisiting, I would take a screenshot from the empty area and contact customer support. Hopefully they can sort you out!

It's part of the main quest line "Eye of the Storm". If you can't talk to Zeki after delivering the eggs to the nest, and/or the air stream to the final island didn't unlock - you unfortunately have a bugged quest. It's a known issue, but we need to wait for a fix.

HELP please?! I’ve done the 15 eggs and I’m trying to get the final treasures now. I can’t see an air stream to get me to the final island tho and I know I’ve been over there before but I can’t remember how?!
Hi there. You probably tried to glide over and died, which will respawn you on the final island. Unfortunately, if you haven't gotten the air stream to unlock, I guess you are also not able progress with the main quest (talking to Zeki), which means you have a bugged quest (like many other players). The only thing you can do then, is wait for a fix, as the last treasure is inside a room which can only be opened with the main quest. Submitting a support ticket is also good, so they see how many players have the issue.

Np. Do double-check if you can progress with the Eye of the Storm quest, but if you're stuck (typically with "Talk to Zeki at the Main Island"), then yes, unfortunately it's the bug.
How do i get to the secret room? This quest is the only one i have left (Ive found all 15 eggs and 8 pieces of evidence)
Do you mean the final room where the last treasure is, or the "secret room" that's unrelated to this quest?

I take it after you delivered the 10 - or in your case 15 eggs to the nest, Zeki didn't talk to you and the air stream to the final island didn't open up? If so, that's a known bug which will stop you from progressing with the main quest - which is also needed to open the door. The devs said they'll fix it in the new year.

Oh no I think mine is bugging to I found 14 of the 15 eggs and talked to zeki but don‘t have the airszream and also the door won‘t unlock is there anything I can do about this?

I guess it also didn't unlock the wind stream for you that brings you over to the final island (after you deliver all eggs)? If so, you are one of the many lucky players that has bugged quest progression - need to wait for a fix in the new year.
My quest seems to be glitched, as so many others have reported. I was able to get to the final gyroscope island by flying towards it, but I think the devs nerfed that in the last Jan 2024 update. I put more than 10 eggs in the big nest, but I've never gotten the big wind tunnel to start, to glide me over. Has anyone found another way to reach that island yet?
Yes, the devs have fixed it since glide/respawning over without the wind stream bugged people out additionally. Have you completed the 2 side tasks for Elouisa and Caleri (collecting the pink bugs and finding the 4 food sources)? These are also required to progress, but potentially you are bugged out already now - but might be worth checking, many forget that.
I think I have the same problem! I started the temple when they released it and restarted playing only now! Now I can’t reach the island where the golden fish is…and I’ve already put all the eggs in the nest. I don’t know what to do xD

@@Pixelcave I tried going back & completing the sub-quests again, to see if it would help. I've found all 8 logs, I caught all the bugs & fish required the first time & turned them in, but my Proof of Magic quest still says I owe Caleri 2 pieces of evidence. Special Donations quest says I still owe Zeki 3 treasures. Eye of the Storm quest says I need to talk to Zeki on the main island. I turned in 14 or 15 eggs & got the treasure chest next to the big nest, but that big wind fan thing never turned on for me. I have yellow flags showing Zeki & Caleri at that last gyroscope island, but I...just...can't...get to it! It's maddening.

If you have completed all other tasks, like catching the pink bugs and getting the 4 food sources for Caleri and Elouisa, then you are one of the many unfortunate players who encountered a progression stopping bug. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news! Everyone is still awaiting an update from the devs in regards to a fix.
I have collected all 15 blue eggs and placed them in the nest. Talked to all three of them. I don't have a wind to the last island. What did I do wrong?
You might simply not have completed some other tasks which are also required to unlock the final air stream. You need to also complete the side quests for Caleri and Elouisa (for finding the 4 food sources and the pink bugs).
@@Pixelcave now unfortunatelly my quest with Caleri got bugged. I have to talk to her but I already ddi and cannot do it anymore. :D
That sounds like a lot of bad luck. I'd suggest to contact the support team and see if they can help, they usually respond quite fast.
How do i get to the room that’s at the end of the video?
By following Zeki's main quest line, Eye of the Storm. He will task you with finding something to pick the lock. If you can't progress with Zeki's quest, you most likely encountered a bug, or haven't completed all side tasks yet (catching the pink bugs and finding the 4 food sources).
The hitboxes on most of these are criminal 😭
I can't find the last room. Am i supposed to go thru those gold doors?
Yes, the big door behind the Ancient Flowgate. If your quest is bugged though, you might not be able to progress. Under normal circumstances you should have a quest from Zeki where he asks you to find something that opens the door.

Not sure I understand you 100%, but I guess you have trouble with the small wind streams? It takes a bit practice, but once you understand how it works, it's relatively easy. Jump into the wind stream, open your Glider - and here comes the tip: Stop pressing forward, just let the wind carry you up! Once high enough, glide to the next stream and once inside - once again let go of the forward control.

Anyone know why I can’t pick up the first treasure, the golden egg?
Might simply be tricky to pick up (I guess you play on Switch?). Try to change viewing angle, or look down on the egg to get the interact option to trigger.
