@@MissJennyfish the manga is highly underrated. This combined with xxxHolic should be right up there with the best mangas of all time. After Tsubasa, mangas like FMA, Naruto, and Once Piece feel empty and too simple.

Ok, tsubasa reservoir chronicles is my favorite manga series, and guin saga is one of my favorite animes/songs of all time, but seeing these two together in one video blew me away, to the creator of this master peice i say thank you.
I'm obsessed with this! And the two short frames for "father and mother (父 と 母 )" almost bring me to tears every time I see them.

lol I remember how i cried when i see this video (i think i saw it a month after release). I had just caught up with the manga (the chapter 224 where i read) then this video shows me the 222 final in colour.... ufff already 11 years.... arigatou =)

Thank you, Del Rey Fantasy, for publishing these comics in North America twenty-ish years ago. I HUNTED THEM DOWN online. Do not read the three-book sequel they were pressured to make, it really sucks. Just enjoy the other series. No, I'm not even attempting to collect xxxholic which is the witch's side/Watanuki/other Sakura and Syaoran's side.
This is the saddest anime/manga I've ever seen. I cried like a million times and when it finally ended, I CRIED LIKE HELL! Syaoran and Sakura (the real ones) should've gotten a somewhat happy ending where they could be together for at least a period of time...
I watched this when I was in elementary school and I have already graduated college. Still my number one favorite manga and anime. An underrated gem. It gives me the same feeling all over again.
I hate the fact that the anime is never gonna ended and left Fayi's past story part missing from the show.
Fai was my favorite character and they never explained anything about him! why must season 3 be too violent! >W
if you had ever read the manga, you will know whatever happened when they returned to Fai's world was pretty bloody and tragic, especially the story of the Twins Fai and Yui. But that's why I loved Fai even more.

This is the best Tsubasa AMV I've ever seen. Hands down. We all know the song is wonderful and the series is wonderful, but the way you put them together was just magic. This is beautiful. Each scene you used was beautiful, and you had the timing of everything perfect. I have a thing for Kurogane, so I wish there could have been more of him, but there was nothing you could take away or change, so nevermind. I would gush forever if I could, but CZcams only lets you say so much. :P

I read this manga and watched the show with my oldest over a decade and a half ago. My youngest two just started the manga and I can't wait to revisit this series with them.

excellent. sad that it all ends. but...tsubasa is a multiverse...somewhere out there. i'd like to dream that they did find each other....
in the end, Syaoran and Sakura decided that they want to find a way to bring their "other selves" back, so Syaoran set out on a journey but Sakura stayed to give Syaoran something to look forward to when he returns to Clow.. ^_^
She stayed because she knew there would be even more misery if she went with him. (She’s one of the most powerful dream sheers after all). And Syaoran himself had to travel because if he stays in one place, the world will be destroyed.
for everyone who does not know yet Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles does have a second manga out and it continues the story

for one their is another continuation of the series it's called tsubasa world Chronicles in manga read the original manga of tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles at first it's confusing you got to put attention to the beginning to understand the rest and the one that was with them the whole time in the beginning was the Clone if you read the Manga everything will make sense

aahhh.... whenever i watch this amv, it really strikes me. whenever i watch this, it gives me a nostalgic smile. I especially like the music box part. It really gives me a sense of relief, though the first time i watched this tears fell all the way.

Ugh. This is so beautiful ;-; there were so many confusing aspects to this series (manga wasn't very better - especially towards the end) I kinda wish someone would go back and try to fill in the gaps with ovas or something. Like at least finish the series so we see the ending :/

@TheClampfangirl Many thanks for your kind comment. I too am also very fond of Kurogane who has grown on me over the course of TRC, and I realized there's too many cool Kuro-tan moments, hence a Kurogane-centric AMV is one of the next projects on my list. ^_^

this is from a short video clip called 'clamp in wonderland 2'- which is bascally a collboration of all clamp animes that was produced until 2006. it doesnt come out in the original series. if you are interested, youtube has the short clip so you can so search!

think of this serious as the kingdom hearts of anime. its a gigantic crossover of various works made by the animation studio CLAMP.
Azet Casanova Not exactly. The Syaoran and Sakura of Card Captor if they participate a little in this history but not directly. The characters who appreciate it are actually ... * Spoiler * some clones of the real ones. That's why there are two Syaoran. The other sakura is in a dimension where time stands still in an event that the true Syaoran (the two brown eyes) desire to save his life. The Syaoran of the blue eye is a clone created by the villain to wur the sakura clone (the one that appears in the video.) Is lost his memories and in the end the Syaoran clone the assassin (to sakura clon) and the bad one to stay with his Cadaver and use it to fulfill your desire. Sakura in this story is more like a priestess qje can fulfill any desire by means of its wings or something like this; The truth if you want to understand better you must read the manga. In the anime does not say much of what really happened.
They're more like counterparts from a different world. Something like Spiderman's multiverse

You know anywhere else I can't honestly say I would like this song, but you did a really good job of matching the subject material to it. I guess it just goes to show you that music can be just as emotional as logical, when it comes to whether or not we like it. You picked out some of the best animated moments (now if only they would finish it off and animate the last little bit), and the (currently) manga only scene... what I love about that is it's not animate, yet it doesn't break the flow.

the clones died right, well yuko saved them but also gave them the right to be in other worlds, that's why Syaoran was alone in the picture in the last chapter
however Syaoran still needed to pay the price of his wish when the WHOLE thing began and fell to a world of nothingness, where his "Dad" was actually a feather that belonged to him, which means "Mom" was also a feather of Sakura's, this plays a big part in the VERY ENDING.
in that place, Syaoran finds Watanuki, cue the sad parts..
