Can a practicing CA having 3 years of experience apply for scale 2 CA post as one year experience is required as per official notification! But the issue is we the practicing CAs are not working under any employer,so have no experience certificate, we have only certificate bof practice

Sir RRB LAW OFFICER SCALE 2 ME OBC KA FINAL 34.35 PAR HUA BUT MUJHE 34.10 Marks ha or 0.25 se selection nahi hua but reserve list OBC KA 34 PAR DIYA OR MUJHE RESERVE LIST ME RAKHA GAYA. KOI CHANCE HA LIST CLEAR KA KYUKI KAI SARE LOG BOL RAHE OBC WALE KA RESERVE LIST CLEAR NAHI HOTA.
