Corrective Pruning a Peach Tree

This peach tree was laying on the ground under the weight of the fruit. In this video we will discuss how to correctively prune this tree. We will remove the broken and dead branches and this will dictate how we complete the pruning. It is important to cut back over extended branches so that the structure of the fruit tree can support the heavy fruit load.

Disappointed that you didn’t show how to prune the tree as you went along. Yes it’s nice seeing before and after, but I wanted to see you actually prune it and explain as you went.

exactly. was so excited and then nothing. 😮‍💨... I have a peach tree that needs cut back and cant see how to do it to preserve fruit growth for the next year
