Consistency has paid off for me, and I’m proud that I’ve not binged or went off the rails. I think I finally value myself enough to do better than the easy option of giving in to food! HUGE Congratulations Denise, I am over the moon for you. What a totally well deserved achievement. I don't think my consultant is doing the Free Food event, he just said last week about having a taster session at the end of the month,. I was a bit disappointed as I had a recipe I wanted to put in. I too love eggs. My favourite dish is crustless egg custard. It is sooo filling and is great for breakfast, lunch or a dessert. Congratulations again, I am so chuffed for you xx

Hi Jan! Thank you so much 🩷 I didn’t do my hair this time, as I filmed after the hairdresser had done it the day previous. What I do at home though is try to blow dry my hair smoothly but not super straight and always use a heat protector. I also use a small pump or two of hair oil (Vo5) when my hair is wet and very lightly comb it all through the lengths. Once my hair is dry I use my curling wand to create curls which I then break through with my fingers or a very wide comb. You can also brush from underneath with a tangle tamer brush to create nice waves too ❤️ xx
