Rotec R2800 Radial Roars on Kitfox Aircraft

Lovely blue skies, practicing some touch and go landings in my R2800 Radial Powered Kitfox. Nice radial sounds, smokey start ups.

I don't think I've seen any other aircraft mature like the Kitfox has and this engine, which I have no opinion of, seems to be the thing that really finishes it off. Perhaps not as efficient as other options, but DAMN, there's just something... "right" about it.

I get what you're saying, but it's too big for visibility in a plane like that

Actually the engine is the right size and power rating for this aircraft. The reduced visibility is due to high nose attitude and only while taxing.

Now wait a minute.... The R2800 was the wasp engine in the Corsair. It was an 18 jug 4700cc, 2200 hp monster.
