How to fix Word Error Normal.Dot "Word cannot save or create this file"

Welcome to KB Computer Repairs How To Channel, In this video I have explained how to fix the error Microsoft Word Normal.dotm File.
The text to write in Run application is : %AppData%\Microsoft.

When i was editing my files and went to the saving option, the save as option popped out, why did this happen when i just want to save it normally without having to create a new saved files

Great video. I followed along as best I could (totally computer illiterate!) but the word Templates already had a yellow box (not white) and was last modified at 2:44AM on 4/5/21 which was when all my problems began! Started with a McAfee scan and went rapidly downhill from there. So now what do I do? Any suggestions, thoughts, observations? I am desperate!!

@@rockazulla heyy, i was having the same problem, now it's fixed. if you're still having the same issue, here's what i did:
open up ms word>go up top to "word" >preferences>file locations>user templates>click on modify...>right click templates folder>move to trash>click new folder>name it templates>make sure new templates folder is highlighted>click cancel>user templates>reset>ex out of program. problem fixed. hope this helps.

Yes you can delete the folder, and create a new one with the same naming, the templates of word, excel etc will be created when you start the application.
