can i just say , i got my AIR3 last year and i always used the romote SD card slot all the time , so mhow come its an update now ?
I and everyone else never could but another pilot I spoke to could. DJI said it wasn't possible. But it's an official fix and now i can. Strange

Good question.
Go to safety settings, advanced safety settings, go to bottom and turn off. Drone needs to be on and connected

Exactly. I believe it turns off all sensors. Not tried it yet but will this week as there's a few good flying days 🤗

I know what you mean, but have you found on long recordings it splits into several files?
This is impossible without LAG (time delay), which is basically equivalent to switching cameras manually. In order to be able to switch cameras during shooting, recording must be carried out simultaneously from all cameras. This means that you need a completely different processor and SSD. I think so )
Long recording splitting into multiple files is not an issue/ normal, when I need to switch camera's immediately for documentary im when I run into a problem of missing the shot when seconds matter. Also rather have one 5min file then many when I need to switch to tele for a few seconds at a time. @@SlipstreamCreativeAgency

What a beautiful expression. Possibly true, but I meant it. I've been fighting DJI for months over the SD card issue. But I think to do big fixes and full-on new features, we'll I've not seen them do that before.
@@SlipstreamCreativeAgency I appreciate the response. I was an early entry into the dronesphere. Before there was stuff like auto RTH, integrated cameras, real-time image telemetry, auto flight modes or even on-board memory. So maybe I have different perspective. Be well.

@@SlipstreamCreativeAgency i know what most people don't want to see is 10 videos on the same subject...e.g. firmware updates, range tests and new features. this information can be obtained from DJI themselves. what would be better is doing a video on something that 9 other youtubers hasn't done. so yeah that's what i would like to see.
I hear you, but everyone learns differently and are drawn to different creators cos of their style of teaching or reviewing, which gives value to all creators.
