Songkran and flower patterns are very compatible or removed. It's fun. Many times being brought cold, it is soaked because of Songkran Day. The sun loves.
Yeah songkran matches the flower designs. It’s now one of my favorite things to do

Haha! I’m glad you feel this way! It’s never too late to get out and see some of the local celebrations. Maybe drinking alcohol isn’t the best idea at an older age but you can still have fun 😇🙏🏼

Why is Songkran called the Thai new year, but the chinese new year had to be renamed to Lunar New Year? As Songkran also follows the lunar calendar. Then Songkran should actually also be called a Lunar New Year. Why people only renaming the chinese new year, but not the Thai new year? That's hypocrite.
Not sure. I had someone ask me if it’s a Thai new year or if it’s shared with Lao and Cambodia. To be honest I’d love to know the answers. One thing I know is that is was extremely fun 😊🎉
Songkran is not follow Lunar Clendar. It follow Culāsakaraj calendar which had been used in this region. Since Songkran is celabated in Thailand, We call it Thai new year. In Burma, Cambodia and Loas use difference name,. Anyway, it must very fun on this even in Thailand.
@@KLANG7990 songkran follows the budhist calendar which is based on the lunar calendar. So if Thai called it Thai NEw Year, Cambodia call it Cambodia NEw Year, Burma call it Burmese NEw YEar, and Laos call it Lao New YAEr, why cant Chinese call it Chinese NEw YEar?
@@kashe747 NO, Songkran is not follow Lunar calendar. If follow Lunar, then the date and month of new year will not be the same in each year.
