1 small world, 3 machina redeployment, 3 machina gearframe and rest of the cards needed at minimum: 19 cards at main deck and 12 cards at extra deck. With the rank (tank) up juggernaut liebe there are 13 used spaces. You can still do whatever you want. replenshes with hand traps, urgent schedule with metalcruncher and magical hound to synchro baroness or even naturia beast. There is a format in which you use superheavy samurai wakauishi, you can bring Sargas + Therion lion + abyss dweller. This format is very usefull against the meta and branded players, as you negate grave also you dont offer materials for superpolymerization (there is the new fusion in which uses same type and atributes materiais, which is pain for the current board of earth machines) But i will wait next month or two to think better about it, with clockwork night and the new infinitrack, we can build more flexible boards, also superheavy samurai can be playable with machina+infinitrack without use of machina redeplyoment at first stance. Its only fun to build decks at EDOpro and other simulators while the cards are avaible at TCG or at master duel.

I don't think so expensive. Most essential cards are available in two packs.(Machina pack & Infinitrack pack) UR is enough one by one. I recommend to craft cards "Machina Redeployment", "Urgent Schedule" in order to appear the packs.
