I never even played the original game... I was considering that, scrap mechanic or Trailmakers... for some reason I went with TerraTech worlds. I am logging in the first time after I finish this video and my coffee... I like how you threw all the parts on your vehicle. I watched a few videos and nobody else has really done that.

I like the water waves in this game. Not sure if I missed it in other games, but they seem most sophisticated with with the waves actually running up the terrain.

The Tech Yard has a pretty hefty storage for parts. Something like 200 slot storage that can be expanded pretty easily.

The rage i felt when you scrapped perfectly good axel mounts and weapon mounts was seriously high WANDERBOT when you had enough for the vehicle and add a extra set of wheels on an axel as extra propulsion and damage shield blocks not to mention all the axel and weapon mounts reduce the reactor load allowing you for adding more resource mining and attack lasers and add any ammo weapon you can utilise as well.
Tip:-
(1) Make a seperate paltform with only your techyard on it so you can place the vehicle and all it's parts on it while rebuilding your vehicle.
(2) All of your machines can feed & pull resources through each so setting up your machines in a line connecting them to one other with conduits and then adding a large resource silo only one or one at the start and end of the chain so two in total to the chain will help you make your stuff much easier and require much less resource sorting and moving them around also allowing you to dump your resources from your runs much quicker.

Hey Wander, just a question as you might be able to test. I don't have the funds to get the game atm. But could each 'slot' in the machine (such as the scrapper) be tied to one of those multiple ports around it, so that you dedicate on output per conduit? Not sure why they'd make it like that from my observer view but, maybe there is a specific logistic setup they are developing for?? :shrug: just a thought that occurred to me while watching as I tend to enjoy tinkering with automation systems as well. Love the chill vibes, hope you're doing well.

It seems like they bottleneck you way too hard on power so for ages all you can do is have the most basic stuff. It would be much better if they freed the power restrains up and just let you go nuts
