Allow me to rant for a second because this slow burn is going to end me 🥲👍
It's no secret we as faithful have SOME SORT OF FEELINGS (yes I'm emphasising it.) towards Albus. This isn't even about us wanting to kill our brother anymore, we wouldn't be risking our life and wanting to be besides him if we didn't. I mentioned in one of the previous videos "how can you love someone you were taught to hate" as a sister of a temple, bastards are our enemy. Faithful has renowed her faith yet she still has it like Albus mentioned previously, in him. Now hear me out:
We have heard Albus admit he loves us three times and we've had two reactions:
"Thankyou"
And
"How much"
Miss ma'am fricking, open your eyes woman! But anyway here's a theory: Faithful wasn't taught 'love' at least not the kind Albus is on about meaning she doesn't understand (I keep changing the pronouns yes I'm aware shush-) and Devlin isn't helping either, no hate to him of course but Faithful is confused enough and she's displayed nothing of the sort with him like she has with Albus (gotta appreciate Devlin isn't pushing it either but baby boi- read the room 😭)
This will either end with Devlins heartbreak, actual death or someone sitting Faithful down and educating her properly, give our man a break us! That doesn't make sense especially since everyone's lore is portrayed differently- WAIT SO-

Hey! lovely rant! Enjoyed reading it! I have a few points to make to help out!
1. I apologize for not being clear on the heart ripper thing. His heart was in its hand, but it wasn't pulled out. Devlin came in clutch there.
2. Faithful's "how much?" was intended to be in a pseudo flirtatious way. Again, that wasn't made clear, my bad.
3. Devlin has no idea what Faithful went through. As far as he knows, Faithful was trapped in a box with Albus being a manchild. He doesn't know what happened and his attempted confession was to try and make her feel better. Good move? Probably not, but what does he know? He's just as awkward as faithful and WAY more emotionally stunted.
4. You were absolutely right on the whole "being taught to hate bastards" thing. Faithful is struggling so much with that. As it isn't just something she's taught, but something all of society accepts in their world. If she gets with Albus, what happens if and when she goes back?

Excuse me I was not prepared for this and I want more right now 😂. I am going to take a moment to launch into a rant.
Thank you GB for all the hard work you put into these. I love the plot lines and characters so,so much. I don’t think people realize how much effort is put into these videos and it’s awesome this fan base recognizes it. Some things I’ve picked up on because I’m a nerd:
1) the “heart rippers”=symbolism because Albus always covered his feelings and “hid his heart” (explains why Faithful is the one to help heal both mental[as in his dream world] and physical damage)
2. The character growth in this series is impeccable. I love how all of the characters are dynamic and constantly changing with the story! the only static character so far has been this mystery evil brother but we have no info on him besides what’s being revealed.
3. The pacing of this story is TOP TEIR. Nothing really feels rushed (to me at least) and the slow burn romance aspect is NAILED!
4. What is that? Rhetorical devices within audio episodes? I THINK YEA. We got big obvious things like foreshadowing and character development but we got the little details like colloquialisms and metaphors as well which really polish the whole thing!
All in all, you’re doing fantastic GB. And if need be, I will write a thesis paper over how incredible the story lines and talent is on this channel. You got me with space pirates and you kept me with a bastard warrior. Keep it up! ❤

Whole heartedly agree, but also I imagine that Faithful is just very confused about everything. A lot of change would happen if she admitted her love for him, and it would cause a lot of conflict as well. But as far as lore goes, I believe being a sister and what she was taught growing up, that's all she knows, and it would be very hard to find the courage to step out of what she knows, and into a brand new world. But the other point is, maybe Faithful doesn't understand love very well. Maybe she knows she loves him in certain ways, but maybe she doesn't understand if the love is family, friends, or S.O.

alright so we know that faithful MAY (key word may) have a romantic attraction to Albus. OR DEVLIN? WE DONT KNOW! but we know now that Albus is in love with faithful. i know people were probably like, “well he said it when he was drunk” that may have been a side affect to the whole drunkness, you dont know. but now we do. At the near end of this, devlin asks Faithful what they would do after this, kind of hinting “hey im gonna ask you out but albus is gonna regain consciousness and cut me off so lets forget about this” also what will faithfuls reaction be to the confession? i mean faithful knows albus is inlove with her, but we never got an exact reaction, besides the kiss. ALSO THE KISS? DAMN THAT WAS SO SMOOTH?? LIKE I DID NOT EXPECT THAT. anyways!
DREAM:
alright basic whole plot of this video is faithful going in albus’s mind to help him regain consciousness. we get brought into a whole different world that I assume is made by albus in his own head. at first for some reason i thought we got transported to a multi-verse.. dont mind me 😭😭
OFF TRACK. we get in the dream world and wakened by albus who was originally investigating the forest. He leads us to a bar where Devlin works and introduces us. As we try to explain how different everything is. Albus trys to act like nothing is wrong. Then once he notices the ring we have in the dream. which. ring? where did that ring come from 😭 dude my memory loss? once he touches the ring, an overwhelming anger and his old personality returns. and Faithful and Albus get brought into a different place I suppose because Devlin disappears. “I’m no ones slave” he says, “Slave? Is that what I am?” he starts panicking and says “No thats not it. I’m in love with you aren’t I? I don’t remember.” Maybe when he got taken over by the sword made him loose his memory and go into the world that is built in his mind? Also the ring brings back memories? this ring is really what i need LMAO.
“Maybe none of this is real, I don’t care. The world we come from, what little I remember from it.”
Okay, so he remembers the world we come from from the ring. So this isn’t in his mind? But didn’t we trasport into his mind? Im so confused 😭 Is his mind technically considered a world? Maybe.
anyways, we get to experience the real Albus York. not the flirty, horny, son of a bitch. A man who seems alone, A man who wanted death right from when he was born. “I cant die, Why, What’s holding me back?” bro me. HELPP JOKING. he then asks “Is there anything I’m fighting for” And faithful says no, doesn’t she remember what he said when he was drunk? Maybe. “I want one more drink, something to remember this place by” ALSO FAITHFUL DRINKING? “isn’t that a sin?” I did not expect Faithful to get drunk in a dream world. but hey, nothing in this world is what we expect. “He loves you, you know.” Using the pronoun “He” instead of “I” meaning the albus in that world isn’t in love with faithful. i mean who would fall inlove with someone who was just lying in the grass and assumed to be on drugs? probably GBA’S fans but i dont judge!
“I don’t want to go back” he says tearing up, showing us real emotion than he usually does. meaning he can be anything in his mind. he has a whole fixated mindset, he can be himself in his mind because no one can judge him. not even Devlin.

This series desserve so many more views. It's so good! Gods that's a masterpiece.
I discovered it with the last episode that come out, date of my anniversary a sign maybe lol.
At first I thought it was a funny adventure but gosh I was certainly not expecting this. The lore, characters,... everything is so well crafted. Especially the relationships and evolution of each characters. The thing I like the most are the characters, they are so human, so real. That's why I was so invested in their adventure. This was so well done. And the voices behind those characters certainly deserve a price for theire performance!
This series broke my heart and soul, shattered them in so many ways... I love it as much as I can't handle it. But this episode in especially. Gosh this episode. I certainly relate more to Aldus to any other character in the series. And this episode, gosh, it was too close to what I felt... The creation of another world in your mind where everything is what you would like. How easy it is to find comfort there and not waning to quit it. The plead of Aldus to keep living this lie... I have no word to describe it... It's just too real, the desperation in his voice... I cry everytiime I hear it
And I also like the symbolism behind the golden ring.
I just hpe they can be happy someday.
On the bright side with him being bedridden now we can force him to learn to read!!
