    Superb...the biggest mistake people must be doing while meditating is they must be trying to experience thsi or that psychological/supernatural experience. I think this is the biggest myth surrounding meditation. Instead of forcing on to feel some preconceived experience ; "To see the reality as it is"- is the essence of meditation. You explained clearly the pitfalls related to meditation. Thanks. May you be free.

    Second if I sleep or feel sleepy ..So is it failure of meditation .. Because most of time I slept...

      Yes , you can do it on bed , watch third part , it's in detail. And you fell asleep during meditation. I don't see it as failure. I think it's good that you sleep with no thoughts, but you want to see you mind and experience something ,then awareness is needed.
      it happens bcz you are doing vippassana meditation , when you're on bed . I'm also Making video of रात्रि ध्यान . I hope it helps you.

      We cannot feel anything inside the body for example blood is flowing but we can't sensation.
