It's actually not a rainbow, but the original six colours found on Apple systems.
it's not a rainbow, just the colors of a rainbow in the shape of a rainbow with Jony Ive himself saying it’s a rainbow.
It was Apple's logo until 1989. People confuse it with the gay rainbow color and so since Cook is gay himself.
Steve would have been so proud of this campus

This ep, I presumed with no flyover restrictions - others cannot - was stunning. I love these flyovers and I'd love to work on that campus. I reckon if I did ever work there I'd either find a way to cycle to/from or cycle/run around the campus as part of a daily work out. The way they've landscaped both inside and out of the ring looks great.
It seems not too long ago Steve Jobs was presenting this project to the Cupertino city council. Now his vision becomes reality..once again! Even after he’s gone.. magical!

@ED Edits Some people like you have to see it in person to understand the added value. People scolded Samsung for the large Note line screens when they first came out now every phone has 5-7 inch screens. Foldables are the future for (mobile) devices including tablets, you can fit bigger screens in smaller places.

The company that glazed the Apple Campus comes from Gersthofen in Germany. They also glazed the Apple Store on 5th Avenue. As far as I am informed, a German company also built the metal scaffolding for the campus. No idea, hoping someone who knows will comment with the answer! It’s a massive setup, with big screens in the back section. I’m guessing a major musical headliner will be in town soon for an Apple-only event.
You know how they sometimes have a musical guest at the end of a keynote presentation. Perhaps they want to plan something special for this one and this will be for a show of shows at the end of the June presentation. It would be a great way of showing off the inside of the Apple Park too!

I hope someone is working on a documentary that will show what went into the creation and construction of this groundbreaking campus. I consider it to be Steve Jobs' last creation.
I was actually expecting a doc by now, with Norman Foster and a major company being involved and some new techniques like the curved glass panels being part of the project. But i couldn't find anything except some brief or very basic stuff.
Apple had their film crews on site from day 1, I’ve seen snippets of their video, I was speechless. There is nothing on CZcams that compares to the film they have.
So glad to hear that. Some think that the 6 color stage was built for an official Apple Park opening for next week. And thank you for all your efforts Duncan. It was great watching your videos throughout construction. @@DuncanSinfield

This architecture is such a big step back compared to classic European architecture with human-scale spaces, more intimate parks and various style of buildings mixed with plazas, gardens, footpaths and courtyards.

Steve Jobs approves, because this was the last gift he approved for us. Thank you Steve for not worrying about how many iPhones you can push to your customers instead of always just offering the latest and greatest for all of us to enjoy. Thank you for not dropping accessories that are vital for the Apple ecosystem such as the Airport Extreme, the displays, Time Capsule. The company you created has turned into something so different to what you laid it out to be, it's now all about profit and squeezing that last dime out of customers.

They’ve lost direction, focus and clarity. If it wasn’t for the stockholders I imagine things would be different. It was a nice hit in the feels seeing the stage in the rainbow colors of the old Apple logo!

I thought the indoor park was nice for the rest of the people who work there but it’s rather empty, a bit ugly in fact, it’s disappointing in the end.
