I've only had one dog at a time, but in 2012 we moved house with 1 dog, 1 cat and 6 ferrets. A year later 2 more baby ferrets arrived. We had to have 2 play groups with ferrets. But the cat would play chase with ferrets. Cat would sit on armchair when ferret ran past he would swipe at ferrets. But if cat sitting on cushion on couch ferrets would crawl under cushion and tip cat off.

The little boy missing the garden party is Tony Hudgell. And his story still makes me cry, years after I first heard it. It will make you cry too, if you look it up. He and his adoptive family show true grit and deserve every bit of admiration they receive. We had a Golden named Baxter who, in my opinion, was the smartest dog ever. About 2 yrs before Baxter crossed over the rainbow bridge, we got a little medium sized rescue who Baxter tried to ignore. But about the second day the new puppy, whom we named Bella, was crying and yelping in her crate and Baxter got all nervous and concerned and kept looking from the puppy to me back to the puppy while whimpering. So I picked up Bella, she stopped crying and Baxter look pleased. During the next two years Baxter taught Bella all he knew, how to sit up, how to lay down, all the things just by example. Bella was distraught the night we came home from the vets without Baxter. She really missed him.
Friends of mine had two wee Scottie dog types, and when Lucy the girl passed away, they left her lying on a blanket so that George could see, smell and understand what had happened to his friend. He seemed to accept it, and they have since got him another little girlfriend, after a wait of about 18 months. All good so far. Sip! from Ali in NZ

Archie lives in the U.K with his biological Mother. Apparently she was a former aid (allegedly) who knows with Lilli ?? an adoption that didn’t work out it’s been rumoured.
My two dogs got along great. They both wanted your attention. We lost one in 2022. She passed away laying next to my chair. She was a beagle. The large dog who is a mixed breed and a rescue went over to her and licked her goodbye. It helped us all to get to say goodbye. They would share a bed in the winter months. They played together and would get up to mischief alot. We still have the big dog but he is getting old too. I found having two dogs wonderful for me and for them. They were not extra trouble or work really 😊.

I agree. Unfortunately, impatient people do make more mistakes, as we've seen repeatedly with Harry. Charles is playing chess and is in it for the long term. As a constitutional monarch, he's very limited as to what he can do and Parliament, if they ever decide to remove the ducal title, has to enact specific legislation. Then every Commonwealth government also has to agree to removing the title. These actions take a long time and so, Parliament won't proceed unless absolutely necessary.
I love the event and the interaction between King Charles and Prince William as father and son. Seeing William pilot the Apache helicopter was an excellent way to top off the ceremony and bring focus to his new role. The whole event and the recognition for the unit was superb!
Most of her outfit were evening clothes, inappropriately, worn during the day. She was in a conservative Muslim/Christian country, where the women are fully dressed and as they gave her numerous gifts of clothing, she might have thought that they wanted her to put some on! I’m surprised frankly, they didn’t insist she change clothes before she went into the school. Obviously, they have better manners than she does!
I agree they were being polite to M. But I would have taken her aside as soon as she arrived and said “Your royal highness, I see you’re wearing your slip and forgot your dress! It's fine to get him a pal. I had two golden retrievers. They played so hard together that we got a break. They were two years apart. They were quite a comfort to me because my husband died a year after we got the second dog. I had to put the youngest down a year ago and the oldest two weeks ago. I am too old now to get another dog. I have had a dog for every day of my 78 years so I am miserable. You can never have too many dogs.

OK. The Archewell organisation being made delinquent is to do with the 2022 year. In American tax law, the financial reports and the annual fee is due by 15/5/23!!! That was 12 months ago. The year’s reports are from 1 January to 31 December. And because they only reportedly received $4000.00 in interest income (reported in US news sites), the fee would have been $200. This is not about the money or the cheque being lost in the mail. This is about Meghan and Harry not wanting the IRS to know what transactions have occurred IMO. They are allegedly using charity funds for their personal expenses and to avoid tax. Once the financial reports are furnished, a closer inspection will now be done because of the delinquent status. There was an American lawyer on Steph the Alter Nerd that went through the repercussions. For the 2023 year, it began on 1/1/23 and finished on 31/12/23. The reports and fee is now due (today is 15/5/24) for that year. Meghan will sheet all the blame on to her CEO. BUT, God help the person who leaked all this to the media. She will be after blood. I hope the IRS do a full audit. And apparently, the delinquent order stays on the Charities Authority website to notify any possible future donors that they should steer clear of Archewell. It is M & H’s main way of jet setting, luxury accommodation, holidays, expensive clothing and jewellery. So this will stop her in her tracks. But more importantly, if money laundering or pilfering is proven, she will have more than her lifestyle to worry about. Karma is a bitch. The letter from the California Attorney General was dated 3 May, 2024. So they were aware of it before they went to Nigeria.

A friend of ours was a guest at Buckingham Palace Garden Party. She managed to get some fantastic photos of the King and a photo of the delicious menu. On the subject of knitting, my mum and aunt used to babysit whilst my husband and I worked on a Saturday. During the winter, they would often take the children to the cinema. Not wanting to waste time with their projects, both my mum and aunt would pull out from their bags their knitting and begin click-clacking away. Our children, now adults, still talk about how embarrassed they were for the other people in the cinema.

I've only had one dog at a time, but in 2012 we moved house with 1 dog, 1 cat and 6 ferrets. A year later 2 more baby ferrets arrived. We had to have 2 play groups with ferrets. But the cat would play chase with ferrets. Cat would sit on armchair when ferret ran past he would swipe at ferrets. But if cat sitting on cushion on couch ferrets would crawl under cushion and tip cat off.

We had a Golden named Baxter who, in my opinion, was the smartest dog ever. About 2 yrs before Baxter crossed over the rainbow bridge, we got a little medium sized rescue who Baxter tried to ignore. But about the second day the new puppy, whom we named Bella, was crying and yelping in her crate and Baxter got all nervous and concerned and kept looking from the puppy to me back to the puppy while whimpering. So I picked up Bella, she stopped crying and Baxter look pleased. During the next two years Baxter taught Bella all he knew, how to sit up, how to lay down, all the things just by example. Bella was distraught the night we came home from the vets without Baxter. She really missed him.

Friends of mine had two wee Scottie dog types, and when Lucy the girl passed away, they left her lying on a blanket so that George could see, smell and understand what had happened to his friend. My two dogs got along great. They both wanted your attention. We lost one in 2022. She passed away laying next to my chair. She was a beagle. The large dog who is a mixed breed and a rescue went over to her and licked her goodbye. It helped us all to get to say goodbye. They would share a bed in the winter months. They played together and would get up to mischief alot. We still have the big dog but he is getting old too. I found having two dogs wonderful for me and for them. They were not extra trouble or work really 😊.

I agree. Unfortunately, impatient people do make more mistakes, as we've seen repeatedly with Harry. Charles is playing chess and is in it for the long term. As a constitutional monarch, he's very limited as to what he can do and Parliament, if they ever decide to remove the ducal title, has to enact specific legislation. Then every Commonwealth government also has to agree to removing the title. These actions take a long time and so, Parliament won't proceed unless absolutely necessary.

Most of her outfit were evening clothes, inappropriately, worn during the day. She was in a conservative Muslim/Christian country, where the women are fully dressed and as they gave her numerous gifts of clothing, she might have thought that they wanted her to put some on! I’m surprised frankly, they didn’t insist she change clothes before she went into the school. Obviously, they have better manners than she does!
I agree they were being polite to M. But I would have taken her aside as soon as she arrived and said “Your royal highness, I see you’re wearing your slip and forgot your dress! Let me get a royal blanket for you!” Me, surrounded by lovely Nigerian ladies would have wrapped her. But I wasn’t there so instead we got the circus and suffered secondhand embarrassment!

It's fine to get him a pal. I had two golden retrievers. They played so hard together that we got a break. They were two years apart. They were quite a comfort to me because my husband died a year after we got the second dog. I had to put the youngest down a year ago and the oldest two weeks ago. I am too old now to get another dog. I have had a dog for every day of my 78 years so I am miserable. You can never have too many dogs.

Yes, I think she dresses superbly well. She wears clothes which really suit her figure, are very beautifully made with gorgeous colours and details, and she is particularly good at hats - especially the big, sweeping ones.

OK. The Archewell organisation being made delinquent is to do with the 2022 year. In American tax law, the financial reports and the annual fee is due by 15/5/23!!! That was 12 months ago. The year’s reports are from 1 January to 31 December. And because they only reportedly received $4000.00 in interest income (reported in US news sites), the fee would have been $200. This is not about the money or the cheque being lost in the mail. This is about Meghan and Harry not wanting the IRS to know what transactions have occurred IMO. They are allegedly using charity funds for their personal expenses and to avoid tax. Once the financial reports are furnished, a closer inspection will now be done because of the delinquent status. There was an American lawyer on Steph the Alter Nerd that went through the repercussions. For the 2023 year, it began on 1/1/23 and finished on 31/12/23. The reports and fee is now due (today is 15/5/24) for that year. Meghan will sheet all the blame on to her CEO. BUT, God help the person who leaked all this to the media. She will be after blood. I hope the IRS do a full audit. And apparently, the delinquent order stays on the Charities Authority website to notify any possible future donors that they should steer clear of Archewell. It is M & H’s main way of jet setting, luxury accommodation, holidays, expensive clothing and jewellery. So this will stop her in her tracks. But more importantly, if money laundering or pilfering is proven, she will have more than her lifestyle to worry about. Karma is a bitch. The letter from the California Attorney General was dated 3 May, 2024. So they were aware of it before they went to Nigeria.
If they were aware of the Delinquency notice before the trip, they were acting illegally if any soliciting/donations to or from Archewell were made.😊

A friend of ours was a guest at Buckingham Palace Garden Party. She managed to get some fantastic photos of the King and a photo of the delicious menu.
On the subject of knitting, my mum and aunt used to babysit whilst my husband and I worked on a Saturday. During the winter, they would often take the children to the cinema. Not wanting to waste time with their projects, both my mum and aunt would pull out from their bags their knitting and begin click-clacking away. Our children, now adults, still talk about how embarrassed they were for the other people in the cinema.
Brought a giggle ,just imagined the young kids embarrassed and can't say anything, until adults 😂
