Secondly you can try the following things - be in a calm place bow to mother kundalini and pray her to get calm and set down and imagine all the raised energy setting down back to the root chakra once you feel all energy has set down be in that position for 2 to 4 mi8and you are doing repeat same procedure for few days and see the changes and let me know in the comments....will see how it goes or will help you out with the same.

Good experience mam, i felt trembling when i meditate. My neck jerks so rapidly that scares me that it may crack. Right or left arm jerk are very fast, mouth wide open, mouth angle tilt one side, such type of expression. Neck jams backwards, looks to sky etc. So i stopped here out of unknown fear. What do you say.what is this? Should i continue ??
