    We should do this. We need to capture the excess nitrates and nitrogen compounds that often are from Americans and other rich countries' excess protein consumption. Prevent algae blooms in the ocean, sell the algae as fertilizer to GET US OFF FOSSIL FUEL BASED NITROGEN.
