MY COMING OUT EXPERIENCE - AN LGBT STORY

I wanted to tell my story of coming out to help anyone feeling alone or that they'll never get the acceptance they want. My experience isn't one of massive turmoil and probably not much different than the average person, but it was a struggle for me and some of the closest members of my family; we've gotten through the bad over the years and made amends. It should go without saying there was a lot of soul searching and forgiveness to be had.
This is meant to be inspiration and empowerment to love yourself unconditionally, to give you courage to show your true self, and as a reminder that Pride month is not only a celebration of our differences or our similarities but as a way to celebrate how we can come together as a community to love. LOVE IS LOVE.
