Babo ceremony of the Apatani

Two to three months before Myoko festival, Babo ceremony is held by the host village(s). It's a preparatory part of Myoko festival.

Thanks for uploading..dis days it has become very necessary for d coming generation including me to be atleast aware of our tradition n culture irrespective of any religion after all today the ground on which we sit is the dust n blood of our forefathers...n its very sad to see that the clan members for dis baboo ceremony is decreasing year by year..we should remember that religion is different and our culture is on other hand(or its our identity)....and yes one more thing which is adding flavour to dis video is d background music(biisi)..its so melodious..
