Producing full threaded rods by cut thread operation is the most inefficient way to do so. Invest in high capacity thread rolls.

Nishant Jaiswal - You are correct. The vast majority of fully threaded rod is produced using a thru-feel roll threader. However, round bar is not readily available in certain grade and diameter combinations. Some of the more obscure ASTM specifications especially in larger diameters may need to be produced with a cut thread, especially in small quantities.
