Neither one is a traditional banana cream pie. Banana cream is My favorite. It has a vanilla cookie crust, vanilla custard, bananas, whipped cream and almonds!

i’m just confused with the strawberry on top but i can see that the piping and bananas on the original makes it better, though i would for a limited time sell both versions to get an idea of if it’s good or not
I think it’s because strawberry and banana go really good together and the strawberry adds that pop of color to make it more appealing.
The family one just looks old fashioned but you have to check your numbers - what sells? People's tastes change
