Even though BC has faced many natural disasters which have increased now because of climate change, but you have to remember that this happens in all places, Europe, Asia, Australia etc. For example if you wanted to go to London they had droughts, or if you want to go to Australia they had floods. So this happens in every country/region and we can't do anything about it. But do what you feel is right, and don't let climate change make you from not following your dreams!

Hi Priyanka, The best way to find a rental is either Facebook marketplace or advertisement boards in gurudwaras and laundromats. If you have a relative or friends where your husband can stay for first few days, that’s great. Otherwise he can book an Airbnb for a couple of weeks and search for a rental place using the above mentioned ways.
It depends bhai. If you like natural beauty, then you will fall in love with Vancouver. If you are looking for more career opportunities and high pace city life, go for Toronto. I don’t like too much crowd and traffic, that’s why I like Vancouver more than Toronto.
