You know? I think that for Nintendo's next generation console is gonna be as third party controller as restricted as Microsoft is now with the Xbox or even as Sony is with its PS5. I feel like now Nintendo is letting the third parties do as many controllers they want for the Switch because its cycle is about to end. But as soon as their next gen console is launched, only the official and licensed controllers are gonna work and I bet that Nintendo will make it even make it harder to connect through adapters than the PS5
@feintexp-2530 that makes sense, actually. I want to buy it because ps5 dualsense is expensive and takes only 2 months before it breaks . The stickdrift is crazy, and they are too cheap to make controllers with hall effect...

I heard that indeed it works on PS5 but is detected as a PS4 controller meaning that you can only play PS4 games
