- This week I unpackage all my new gadgets and technology for the boat, we also make it homely by adding to the kitchen , the new veggies are growing already! it’s finally all coming together!
Dolly settles into boat life by making best friends with the stove , while I continue unpacking bits!

I am glad for you and your lovely dog, Dolly I am happy I live in East Sussex I moved here 23 years ago I am in rent that ok I have my pets my Pug Blossom and my Kittens which will be a year old in April lilly and Violet I cook lots of lovely walks and I count my blessings every day I love all your spices I spice mad and healthy eater lots of lovely walks here. Hi Liam, love the boat & your lifestyle. Definitely got goid taste. After our life in the UK with a beautiful house, good jobs, cars, holidays, and raing a family, we moved to the remite mountains of Spain. Lived completely off grid for 6 years, no water, no electric, best years ever. Now 18 years on, we still lead a very simple life doing what we want when we want, but people can't believe we choose not to have a TV. As the saying goes ' Don't knock it until you've tried it '. I have those spice racks, I attached it to the inside of a cupboard door.

Cardboard is great to start the fire, but not great for sustaining a fire. I use mine in my bee smoker.

Hi Liam, I really like your spice rack. We are new to living small in our caravan here in Australia and finding a way to store my many collections of herbs and spices in a practical way has been a challenge. We have been learning to get rid of box packaging and any bits that we can as we buy at the grocery shops to keep our rubbish situation down. Decanting most of your dry goods has the added bonus of keeping your food space more organised

Congratulations on the caravan, what a great lifestyle! I had a motor home before I had a boat, so similar! Loved it for coastal day out and weekends by a camp fire 🔥
I think being organised helps in this lifestyle, I’m finding it pretty easy as I’m very minimalistic anyway but do love little ‘systems’ in place to stay organised.

The boat looks so sweet already ❤ just a note, with the cardboard, bugs seem to be attracted to stored cardboard boxes so just make sure to put some keep bugs away stuff in your cardboard storage space 😁

I love a rhubarb gin with ginger ale 😊 nice to get your boat the way you like it. I am starting to do the same lots of jobs to do on mine though!
My favourite gin is Whitley Neil rhubarb and ginger gin , with slimline tonic.. in the purple bottle. That’s my fave!!

I'm in the process of building my tiny house, and have no running water (well, a foot pump from a jug to a grey water jug), very little electricity, and overall feel like a black sheep in society. Your friend needs to learn the difference between shop bought pesto and homemade pesto which is made from what nature provides and a whole lot of love. I know which one I prefer - not the lazy shop one.
38 isnt old - I will be 63 this year and I am always a bad influence on myself, as they say life is too short to stuff a mushroom so going rogue is fun.

Homemade food is THE BEST , I love cooking fresh so you’ll see a lot of my cooking and foraging on my vlogs.
Radiators run off the charge from the engine which powers the hot water in a storage tank .

On elas thought: have you used what three words yet? It will tell you what three words correspond to a 10 ft square on the earth, each is unique. Really cool grad project. They assigned 3 words to every 10 foot square on the earth. If you jot down the What Three Words (its an app) for your last vehicle or boat location as a practice, you will always have the exact spot logged. Just a thought. :)
