💕My husband was abused physically and had cancer as a child, when i met him he stuttered so bad he could barely state his name. Today he speaks clearly, is cancer free, and a great father to both our children. The victory belongs to Jesus!!

My husband heard this song, on the next day after our son passed. He wanted to have it played at the funeral, but with a mix up it didn't get played. But the day after the funeral we were at a outdoor restaurant with the family and this song came over the speakers. And the following week before we took the family to the airport
to go home this song played at the fish and chips store. Our son was born with Cerebral Palsy and in 2008 developed Crohn's Disease and died at 41 of a twisted bowel. This song was so much like him. Then awhile ago we heard she was coming to Toronto, so we went on line and bought 2 tickets finding out she will be here on the 1st Anniversary of our sons passing. July 2, 2020

This song means so much to me. It came out two years after I lost my father to cancer, my relationship with God was stagnating and I was losing my Christ identity and felt like I had long lost myself.
Then this song happened. Always loved Lauren's music, also always had a low key crush on her so I decided to give it a listen.
For the first time in so long I could hear God's voice clearly again, like the song was speaking directly to me and my mourning sorrowful heart.
Since then the entire Look Up Child album has given me peace and rest in my anxiety, calmed me in my rage, and so much more. It helps keep me in touch with Jesus. Thank you Lauren for helping guide this lost little lamb back to the Shepherd.

There's something about hearing a song simply without fancy production and a drum beat. It sounds so pure and simple, but it strikes the listener harder and the song sounds even more genuine. I'm so glad Lauren Daigle released this version and I hope that more people will go down this route, or even just produce more songs like this.

I agree this a great song speaking how your Mom struggled with physical struggles. It didn't prevent her love of her Lord and Saviour because she believed with all her heart.
I had 2 holes in my heart when I was born and the doctor told my parents that they couldn't take me anywhere or I would get sick but they didn't listen to him and still took me to church safely and I was healed with no surgery or anything needed now I'm 14 years old and worship and praise God every day❤
I just had an anxiety attack around right when this was released. God knew...He knows me. He sees me. He's there for you and I. He says we are loved despite what satan lies to me. I know you are for me.

I recently lost my grandma in the past few months and I still can’t go a day without crying. She sent me this song about a year ago and I never listened to it until after she passed. She loved your music so much. When I listened to this song for the first time I cried so hard.. this song made me feel like she was speaking to me. It made me feel so many emotions. This has recently been played on Radio 2 (uk) as record of the week. Normally around the time of a daily quiz which I like so many others tune into.
