Anna's flexibility kept reminding me of Dean Karnazes, he's an ultra marathon runner who doesn't develop lactic acid, which allowed him to run 350 miles in one go. I wonder if she's just not developing lactic acid, as well, which allows her muscles/tendons to slide smoothly.

Little surprised about Anna's admitting her shoulders aren't that flexible, given how flexible she is seemingly everywhere else. I can attest that, if she were to work at it, she could probably get to the point where she could probably get to where she could do that maneuver where you bring your arms back and forth without letting go of her hands within a few months. I'm not that flexible, but I once got to where I could do that without an external object within 4-6 months.
