If you hold x or square while putting, the game will give you a line for the putt. You can also give the ball back spin or top spin using LB I believe.
You guys need to learn that you need to push the stick forward at the correct pace in order for it to be a good shot. Too fast or too slow forward will result in a duffed shot. It tells you if you were too slow or too fast in the bottom right corner of the screen. You can take a practice swing by clicking in the left stick before your shot for some practice. Also adding some spin by holding L1/LB and pulling down the right stick will make your back not run out. We want want to see some under par scores here! 😁
