I believe the comment about people who are in need of the right Self Love is super important.
We need to help people understand their innate capacity, that is their highest value when actualised. The Manifestation uses His words to enable us to actualise it.

The help in peril and Self subsisting I believe is the constant reminder of the ontology of stations between the two relating, us and God.
He is the One who can help us as He is in position of Power. We on the other hand are powerless in comparison so we cannot help Him. He is Self subsisting!
This is a crucial thing to realise as the Love we receive from God is un conditioned. All human relationships are conditioned to a certain extent.
Without the recognition of this relationship that we have with God, we cannot learn about raising our degree of Love towards His creatures.
