What a day in Western Australia guys! we really do love this place, the people, the waves the food the life here thanks for having us! Obviously woulda loved a win for John but him and jack meeting in the final again is win already and just awesome for us fans! coolest set up as the comp pumps right next door the box always has a few barrels to sneak! lots of coffee, friends and good times to be had here with old friend, enjoy the video! thanks for watching!

Your POV shots followed by the drone shots of same waves are beyond outstanding. One of them showed how, without a doubt, jet skis in the takeoff area can definitely screw up somebody's wave, and possibly their whole day.

I'm super bummed That while I was surfing great Gas and Boodj literally around the corner, you and the team were out surfing Box! I would happily have traded my first surf at North Point to hang around in a carpark and meet you dude :( My first surf was ok but my second surf I got pretty pitted over and over at Boodj, but it still would have been cool to finally meet you, great video buddy! ( The traffic was so hectic all day around there, especially turning off Caves and having to wait 20 mins for tour buses and stuff ) !

What a final! It doesn’t get better than those 2 battling. I personally think Jack got a little hometown advantage in the scoring. But that’s ok! They both did so great! Could’ve went either way.
