Some of Polish pilots fighting in Polish Ari forces in Great Britain after II world war went to Pakistan who just get independent. Incredible story indeed. It should be documentary about that on CZcams.

I remember when I was a kid in Malbork I used to sneak on to the military airbase area and watch the MiG-21 take off and land. I used to love the sonic booms. It was legal for the pilots to go supersonic back then.

@BRUCKSTER no dumbass, russians dont think you are one of them..even in soviet times, they had friendly/foe devices onboard. all planes sold outside USSR even to closest allies at the time in Warsaw pact were market as FOE, were cut down in performance, weaker engines, shorter range missiles , shorter range radar etc, just like they did with tanks. Export versions of MiG29 was A version. Soviets used S version and Russians use SMT version and new MiG35 which is completly modernized MiG29. This plane that still flies in Polish airforce is purely for shows and airpolicing in peace time. It wouldnt stand a chance against today Russian MiG29/35
