Hello, I hope you are feeling great. I do have one question please. I just graduated from my bachelor degree, and I would like to pursue my master degree. Is it still possible to do a graduate development program even if I am still in school and only graduated from my bachelor degree ?
Hope your doing great too! It depends on the particular progam. As far as I know, you don't need a master's degree. It might be a plus (if you're competing against others who have one), but ultimately how you present yourself and your skills will be the deciding factor! Good luck!
Does on the job management Trainee in an MNCs become a regular job eventually?
In most programs yes, in the one I was in it was actually already a regular job
I graduated at the age of 30. Do you think I can get into management trainee program.
I don't know. Most management trainees, I think, would be in their early/mid 20s. But there are always exceptions to every rule - why not? If you have the right qualifications and mindset. Go ahead and try, and please share in case you got accepted! All the best!
I got my bachelor degree at age of 27, is it too old for MT program?
There are few things for which one is absolutely too old. Though in general most MTs would be on the younger side, but objectively I think age is irrelevant here. The important thing is if you you meet expectations. What is so different about an MT compared to a 'seasoned' employee: usually MT-candidates are thirsty for learning and knowledge, agile and eager to perform.
If you are concerned about age in anyway, I recommend you to watch this video:

Intangible Assets: czcams.com/video/BaHwEMQQrkI/video.html
In essence, nowadays life is no longer strictly divided into compartments of education - work - retirement, the current developments enables us but also necessitate us to start over several times in our life and learn new things. This is a lot about what this channel is about. Hope this helps!
Does the bachelor degree matter, mine was in psychology?
It depends on the particular program, but there are many MT programs that accept a wide variety of bachelor degrees. Good lick!
Is this the field job in marketing agency ?
I did my MT program in Banking, and was assigned to project management.
