as load increase injection pump fuel delivery rate to injectors ECM increase internal to injection pump by ECM load sense feedback.
Excellent work.
I think thst was the control pressure piston adjustment screw you turned out . Load sense side from actual hydraulic load .
Hystat channel has intense course on CAT pumps like this.

yah bro you are write about that ,but this engine type just a manual the only participation of the ecm is to control acceleration through accelerator motor and also the maximum acceleration is just 1,830rpm at first i conclude the we need more acceleration to drive the heavy load from pump,but that idea is didn't work still the engine is heavy load and make more smoke, theres no any choice just to go the other way of reducing load but not the power,that valve function is flow constant horse power adjusment,then after adjustment we found and normalize the load and the pressure is still normal

CAT will not allow owners to diagnois CAT ET is limited .
Minimum $975 for dealer field service call only to plug in Scanner.!
I am going to Komatsu who provide all scanners software to owner.

Sir drilling rig machine Caterpillar c9 engine.. his hydraulic pump and pump sensors is very similar to excavator, but our machine crawling not convert into turtle to rabbit...
Inside operator cabin small controler convert turtle to rabbit... but crawling performance same like turtle..

bro about that problem,if there is solenoid to speed up and slower the crawler check maybe the control is malfunctioning or maybe the relay so you should have to check the control and if there is relay to drive the function to speedup,what i mean is they have solenoid to speed up it eighter the problem is in the control or relay or pressure
check the pressure first before you do the trouble.shooting
