I need to make a track that combines pieces of each rainbow road track into one track and use this theme for it

That would be awesome, but, you know what'd be better? What if someone combined all the tracks into one long track with one long lap split up into sections for each game, and for the ones that take place in the sky of a planet (like Double Dash's Rainbow Road), they could have the racers glide down to re-enter the planet's atmosphere, and then they'd be shot off to the space station that a large part of Mario Kart 8's Rainbow Road takes place one. That'd be spectacular.
