The 1st move for gwen's ult is so much better. It gives back a lot of health and also does a ton of dmg. The 3rd move isn't very good since it doesn't
leave any stun and doesn't give back too much health. The 2nd move is okay since it is an instakill at 75% ish health. Would recommend to use the 1st move and then suffocation for combos. Also her ultimate is a good spam option.

I usually just jump from the sky and use the F move and then try insta kill them with the 2nd option
