- It's been a long time since I made a video on scrapped challenges. Since then many more challenge ideas have come inside my head, with a lot of them never being turned into their own videos. So here are five more mini challenge videos that would otherwise never see the light of day!

I forgot to mention this in Challenge #4, I banned hats. I couldn't manage to log in with my old account because the game thought I was using a VPN even though I wasn't, and hats in general can be very difficult to obtain. Even then, a bit later in the pirate ship level and also in the New York level, you need to hold the jump button to bounce off the upward arrow blocks and reach the end.

I just looked at the Riddle School World Record and the runner indeed opened the locker to get the hall pass. I guess Shyguymask managed to outsmart us speedrunners!
It's probably not used because it's way too risky to try and grab the hall pass without opening the locker. It requires such precise mouse placement that it will waste more time than just opening the locker and grabbing the hall pass.
But then again idk much about speedrunning so maybe someone could actually manage to get WR using this strategy?
@@RipRLeeErmey You can go for it and miss and just still open the locker; plus it’s a clicking game so there’s literally no better optimisation

Just started playing Cross Code the other day and Im loving it so far
Me too, in fact, ever since shyguy uploaded that challenge video, I've beaten the game at least 4 times, and Everytime finished most of the quests. NG+ is just incredible
I think I should try it too, I have played an other game from the creator of Cross Code, it's called Iconoclast and I recommend you trying it out! It's very greatly done with great music, some platforming and puzzles while dealing with enemies, story is fantastic and bosses that deserve a boss rush (there is one 4 different boss rushes)
@@Amoongus I've seen that game, it looks good, but I'm not interested. As for crosscode, I think it's on sale right now. Tho you should get it for PC. As someone who played the switch version, it's not the worst, but there are plenty of frame drops and sometimes crashes, tho the latter I think was just for running it for too long, and the autosave feature means I lose hardly any progress at all.
I'm personally still waiting for New Home to drop. It's definitely going to be worth however much it'll cost, because this game is one of the best I've ever played!

ShyGuy seems like he could make a pretty good Riddle School speedrunner considering he literally pioneered a strat in this video.
The Riddle School and Riddle Transfer series were my favorite point and click flash games! I had no idea that you could get the hall pass in Riddle School 1 without actually opening the locker. I can understand why it wouldn't be enough for its own challenge run video since it's basically a normal Riddle School playthrough after collecting the hall pass. It is still a neat oversight to note though, thank you for sharing this!
By the way, what was your favorite entry in the Riddle School/Riddle Transfer Series? For me, I go back and forth between whether I enjoy Riddle School 5 or Riddle Transfer 2 the most. Riddle School 5 gave some much needed character development to Phil Eggtree and his classmates while having some of my favorite puzzles, while Riddle Transfer 2 was such a well done conclusion to the series.
Riddle School 3 and 5 are probably my favorites overall, just an overall very decent series
Here I thought I had done absolutely everything possible in CrossCode, and you just showed me that I missed a bunch of optional bosses. Either they updated the game after I completed the DLC, or I just straight-up missed them like a dunce. Either way, I have more CrossCode to play which makes me happy. Thanks for showing that!
So, just like how the Toppat Civil Warfare path ends in "MISSION COMPLETE(?)" (emphasizing the question mark), you could say "CHALLENGE COMPLETE(?)" (similar emphasis) for "Can you beat the Henry Stickmin Collection without killing anyone?"

Holy crap. Learn to Fly 2 was my childhood flash game.
For the Henry Stickmin Pacifist Challenge, The cyborg version of Right Hand Man has a separate bio in completing the mission, making it be more of a Robot with Right Hand Man’s memories. So technically he died and was replaced by a robot. (That is, if it makes sense)

theres a glitch used in the learn 2 fly speedrun where if you keep exiting and going back you can fly and destroy the wall like, really fast

Tfw Hall Pass is just mostly hidden behind the Locker in original game, it surprises. Legacy edition kins of ruined it for Riddle School
Learn to Fly 2 is sort of the most fun though, but getting enough speed for the later obstacles are just ridiculous!
CrossCode's Superboss, Son of the Beach, at least is somehow vulnerable to Burn for most of the time, and can be damaged with normal shots, meaning you can beat it like a MONKE!
DID YOU KNOW! that I bought this $20 game because I was inspired from a youtuber who did a level 1 only challenge and shyguymask to beat EVERY BOSS IN THE GAME without breaking the boss OR leveling up. Ofc to make this possible I excluded all postgame bosses and new home dlc bosses, BUT with the difference that I am allowed to use New Home gear, making it atleast partially possible
now all we need is for crabbar to upload

Beat Cuphead without missing any shot, this includes run & guns. Cuphead requires you to barrage your enemies, and many shots will be missed. Per say you miss 1 shot on a boss, you must try again.
Cuphead's already a difficult game so if you feel you cannot do it, Shyguymask, attempt the challenge on only a single boss

What about the glitch where you fly thousands of feet in the air in a glitched takeoff? I had that happen and got 6 trillion bucks. Still don’t understand what happened, but it did. Do you know what I’m talking about?
