“Woe to the shepherds!” The very last church building we attended the pastor of that church actually told me and my husband (SAID IT OUT LOUD) that he couldn’t preach the truth against sin because the people there would get mad and leave and he was counting on their income after retirement. We left after that. Assembling together is the key. Where two or three are gathered together, He is in the midst of us. I have found that many who are leaving a traditional church aren’t leaving Christ. They just want to fellowship with other believers who truly love Jesus and want to follow and obey Him. We are currently meeting in a house with believers just like that. We can sense the Holy Spirits presence among us. One man who is 81 just got born again in that living room even though he had been sitting in “church” since infancy. He came to the realization after NOT being around lukewarm, watered down Christianity that he was never saved and dropped to his knees and cried out in front of us all for the Lord to save him! Hallelujah!!!!! 🙌🔥🙌🔥🙌
Hallelujah for the message of Truth!! God's judgement starts at His own house. People seem to forget our God is Holy, Holy, Holy!! Thank you, so very, very much!!
AMEN - thank you for speaking biblical church…. American churches have not influenced the culture but the culture has influenced the church…now the average church is so watered down you can’t tell the difference between those who attend church and those who don’t.
Oh Justin you have no idea how spot on you are. Several nights ago I had a horrific dream about judgment day. It will take too long to tell you about it so I will just be very brief. One night we will go to bed and everything will be normal (like it is now.) The next morning when we wake up everything will be black and grey. There will be no life, no color, restrictions on our lives will be insufferable, limited driving (2.5 miles a day). As far as food goes, we will only be allowed what amounts to 2.5 tablespoons of food a day, that is how intense famine will be. Stay holy, separate from the world, have clean hands and a pure heart. Seek Jesus continually. Repent often, be filled with the Holy Spirit. Judgment is at the door. Easily forgive all. Live in peace. Amen.
Say it. Sadly,there are pastors that I know of that stand behind the pulpit and make fun of people,say hurtful things about people. If you aren't dripping in money they don't care of you come there or not. Woe to them. For now,home church works for us. Church isn't a social hour or a fashion show.
And I can't feel at home in this world anymore...🎵 I'm tired of this world. It's easy to get caught in it. We are to be strong and fight the good fight, and be serious in the things of God. Good words hon. ❤
