Can't count the number of gigs I played with this man. He was Godfather of my wife's brothers. Too many stories to tell. My band and His helped make the Zoo Bar famous. RIP my friend.
I spent a lot of time with Sean B. In the 1990s. I remember you Cid and the Heartmurmers in the Old Market in Omaha at Farquars in the 1970s. Was and still is one of the best live performances I’ve ever seen by a group.

What a great blues session ! Blues is an energy, a mood, everyone can feel. Those brazilian musicians are fantastic, in complete harmony with Magic Slim. Blues overpasses boundaries.
The blues is more . The older you get the more you know that it is your soul . At 75 years (old) it let flow the adrenaline in my life. Its like eating an drinking. Magic Slim is pure soul like Lightnin Hopkins, T Bone Walker, five long years Eddie Boyd and 1000ds of musicians all around the world .Regards

We were used to acoustic guitars on records and on a very few radio programs. He started the intro of - the first time i met the blues - and the few hunderd people were catapulted in another world. Blood for the soul. His name was Buddy Guy. He is very relaxing on acoustic guitar.- Buddy Guy and Junior Wells -alone and acoustic- whitch i am listening right now . Regards
