Special!! The progress washdown closet with HL mignon cistern!!

Well one thing I will note before I start is remarkably this was not a find!! Me and a very good friend who owns this stunning Victorian property installed this toilet! This bathroom is newly fitted and finished just to an incredibly high authentic standard!! My friend did all of the tiling himself and it really does look remarkable!!
So here is the progress washdown closet, with a lovely high level 3 gallon mignon cistern with all of its original parts!! I found both the toilet and the cistern for sale on Facebook marketplace and my friend picked them up with the plan to install them in this bathroom the other year, and here we are finally, really had been looking forward to seeing this one going since we got them and came up with the ideas for the bathroom,
The result is visually spectacular in my opinion, my most highest level installation I’ve done!!

AMAZING!! I've just sold a WC for a similar project, although not quite as amazing of course. A P trap Twyfords Duramant pan & Japkap cistern. Although the cistern is quite a height. Good to see you uploading again
