I have every one of my HF videos in a chronological playlist, and always have each floor boss as a separate video, so you'd be able to see which floor this event's on from that (I can't remember for the life of me lol).
I'd say it's missable if you don't check your Event List. Otherwise I don't think it needs a specific trigger.

@@Shin_FTW I'm dumb I got the event now the reason was because I didn't have Philla I was powering through the Aincrad part first cause I love the story and figured I'd do the hollow area next but after rewatching your vid I noticed Philla appeared during the event so when I went through the hollow area and got her back in Aincrad the event started haha
