Before the subject arises, I would like to comment. We understand that the dynamic increase of those relocating into Austin and Texas in general has created many changes for those that live locally - from development, home prices, socially, and many have mentioned politically. Although I personally cannot control most, I can say that my family and I have come into this State humbly and have a tremendous respect for all things 'Texas'. We left a State we have known for many reasons ....and do not wish for our new home State to become what we had left. Thank you to those that have welcomed us, we appreciate the Texas Spirit of hospitality and kindness.
Welcome to Texas, please don't vote. People are coming in and saying WOW this place is amazing, I can't wait to !@#$ it all up. You say you don't want to change anything but your attitude screams COMMIEFORNIA. So Comrade please don't vote.
@@ehren5347 Honestly if youâre worried about the political and economic landscape of the area due to the influx of people, rather than putting down all the new people who are moving, itâs waaay more productive to educate them on what are the existing policies and perspectives that make the area what it is. Why are there good schools? How is the state fully-funding them? What makes Austin great for businesses? Why doesnât the state have income taxes and where is it getting the budget to fund the growth in infrastructure, etc. What are the pros and cons to having no state income tax, how does it affect the sales and property taxes in the area, etc? Where else is the revenue stream for the state of Texas that it can fund all the other social programs like schools, health care, police, etc.?
If we all talk about and understand the correlation between policies and the effects of those policies in the area instead of a blanket statement like âdont bring your policies to us so dont vote!â, but rather talk about policy and educate ourselves about the pros and cons, then we can create a better political and economic climate that can work for everyone.
People get soooo blinded by the blues and the reds like theyâre some sports team. Itâs supposed to be about policy, how itâs implemented, and how it aligns with whatâs important to you, not what color club you belong to.
@@neycongjuico7395 That sounds like great idea in a Utopia. The truth of the matter is that people's views are their identities and they have an almost 0% chance to change. I think it is better to just make people from California hate Texas as much as possible so they move back to their dystopia woke state. Your whole response is literally why I hate people from California and the west coast in general.
@@ehren5347 For the record, Iâm in Kansas City, smack dab in the middle of the midwest. You donât need to be in a utopia to find people who are willing to have that discussion. You just need people who actually understand what theyâre voting for and what theyâre voting against since those are the types of people who will have that discussion with you. The people who donât understand the things theyâre voting for and against are people who are just following what everyone else in their bubble is saying.
@@neycongjuico7395 Science disagress with you. I can explain all day that California is a hell hole and that liberal politics are really toxic. The other side will never listen. If my HOA let me put a sign that says "Californians not welcome here" I would. Here is a video explaining why these people won't change their minds. czcams.com/video/58jHhNzUHm4/video.html
Moved from Southern California to Texas in late 2020 after the riots etc and wow has my life gotten 150% better, leaving California was a blessing.
Glad it is working out for you!
I am seriously considering to move to Austin as well. California runs by idiots and people don't feel safe in the state.
@@Passion4Fashion2023 its great here!
Yeah just don't vote blue here or you will end up screwing up Texas too
@@bradIeyyy I am glad you like it. My only concern is hot summer since I have two huskies, but either way I plan to move to Austin.
My family moved from Orange County to Travisso in Leander about a year ago, too! Our experience has been so similar to yours -- our kids are similar ages, and we're loving the nature, the alternative school options, the food (but want a little more), and enjoying life in general. Hope we run into you sometime!
Bravo Joel, congrats on fortunate season of purchasing your home! Well done. They should break ground soon on the commercial shops next to Travisso - I am hoping some good eats. I will be around, well run into each other.
Are you liberal or conservative?
Amazing testimony Soomin! This video is going to help a lot of people. đŻ
Thank you Carlton, yes I want to help as many as i can.
Thank you for sharing your experiences. You have a beautiful family. Coming from Hawaii, I had the same concerns as you all. We have made so many life-long friends and can't think of raising our daughter anywhere else. We dont live in Austin, but we love where we are. The cost of living is wonderful. There would have been no way that we could have afforded our huge home, our daughter's private school that offers one-to-one lessons while immersing her in a second language, or just the daily cost of living which is so much cheaper here. No regrets here!
Yes I love the '808' -- but the cost of living and homes has exceeded the ability for many to afford the home and lifestyle. I am glad to hear you have successfully transitioned to a new area.... many blessings to you and your family!
We enjoyed this commentary. It reassured us once again that we made the right decision to move to Austin and start our own family, even when it meant leaving all family behind who are based in Cali (LA & The Bay). Although we've only been here a few months & still settling in, we've had very similar experiences and anxieties that you both describe. However, the community surrounding us has also reassured us that it was the best decision we could have made to start our family here. Made so much more financial sense to get a brand new home here and not have to spend 800k in Nor Cal for an old 2 bed room condo! Never been to Austin previously but the 1st time here was the trip to come and close on the new properties and it definitely feels like the right long term investment. Looking forward to our our 1 yr anniversary too!
Thank you for sharing your story and welcome to Austin! Enjoy the journey my friend.
So awesome it worked out for you all! So affordable!
Being a Texas native, I can't say I enjoy the influx, especially from "blue" states, but when I see good people wanting good things then it calibrates my observations.. Welcome to Texas! If you haven't been to Georgetown, bring the kids and go to the Blue Hole. It offers nice swimming in the cool river, and picnic areas. Downtown Georgetown is pretty cool too. One thing to contemplate... Military members have to change duty stations often... Imagine being forced to leave everything you know every 3 to 4 years.. This is just a small part of the burden they carry..
All the best!
Thank you for that! We love the blue hole on a lazy Sunday afternoon..., the small trails along the side..... the areas of GT are so unique East of the 35.... the Old Town Square is amongst one of our favorites.... 600 degrees pizza, and the toy store/ice cream parlor.... love it.
I have been honored to serve many vets, one of my very favorite aspects of my job is helping those that are finally ready to settle after years of service, volatility and movement. With the amount of moving they have endured - this is a certain type of joy. Several coming from Hawaii and Germany!
As a native Texan, that was really nice of you.
Check out Killeen Texas, not too far from ATX but much more affordable.
@@japnikki but it's texas. LOL jk
we are not all bad, I'm from Cali and I hate it, I'm a conservative, plan on moving to Texas
Probably the best video my wife and I have seen on the âperspectives on TXâ topic, and weâve seen a LOT. Thank you so much for all the useful info and insights. Still in SoCal for another year and looking forward to any other similar videos you guys might do. đ
I believe that there are so many angles and emotions in a relocation.... men and women process differently as does the roles we have within the family context..... I wanted my wife to share as we are different in what we process...thank you for watching! reach out when you are ready and I am happy to serve you.
This video couldnât have come at a better time. Thank you for your perspective.
That really means so much. It is the reason we made this. I recall vividly my wife and I looking at videos prior to our move, just gasping onto any words, perspective, data that may help us envision what life would be like..... all the best to you.
Wow, this was such a great candid and genuine video. Thanks for taking the time to film this! Moving to another part of Texas from Cali but this was so helpful. I'm sure it will help many others too!
Thank you for your words and for watching.. may your journey be as fruitful as ours.
Our 1year anniversary move just past. Canât believe itâs been 1 year moving from SD, SoCal to Austin. Itâs been the best move. We feel so blessed to be living our dream life here.
... I really felt that Lena. Time sure flies and we are right there with you.... grateful in a similar journey.
Enjoyed the video, moved to Leander from CA, grew up in SD but was living in LA for work. Texas is sooooooo much more well rounded than cities like LA, even without the beach. We love it here.
Thank you for watching. I do miss La Jolla, some great surf spots.... with that said.... congrats on breaking through the California glass wall, we are enjoying the Texas lifestyle as well. Prepare for a LOT of upcoming commercial growth in Leander however....it will be interesting to watch.
Relocated here from Hudson Valley region of NY 31 years ago. Our kids were 2 y/o and 6 weeks old at the time. Moving to Austin has been good in a lot of ways but I do regret taking my mother's young grandchildren so far away. My advice? Commit to visiting family often.
Now that we are retired, we plan to spend a good part of the summer in cooler climes.
Great advice and I appreciate the wisdom! Thank you for sharing.
Indiana native here, but living in Houston. I just accepted a job offer in Austin. I was considering staying in Houston, but this makes me feel so much better about my decision. The nature, community, and vibe you described makes me feel like I'll love it. Thanks so much for making this video!
Jacob , Austin is just unique to all of Texas.... the topography and views hit different.
I love houston! Shifted to austin. I do not like this place as much as i like houston
@@SoominKimREmaybe 15-20 years ago, Austin is not as unique to Texas as you think anymore. It's because people moving from outside of Texas thinking like you that Austin is a shadow of what it used to be and native and long term Austinites are bailing the city after being priced out of the city. I left about 13 years ago and visited recently and I was stunned at the changes and not in a good way, sorry not blaming you for any of this exactly, it just bums me out what has happened to the city.
i hear ya.
Thank you for positive and honest video regarding the differences between living in California and another state. I was raised in the Bay Area my entire life and I have lived in Vegas for over 10 years now. I am looking at Austin as an option as I do not have any ties. I have never been married and I do not have any children and I like the fact that Austin is very different from the rest of the state of Texas. Kudos. You are a "lovely" couple in SYNC with each other!!
Appreciate that Loren... It's been interesting to have served many Nevada residents to Austin.... I had little to no ties here as well.... such is the adventure of life when we venture. Thank you for your words.
Lol so youâre going to move to Texas and still vote Blue, donât even bother coming. Youâre just going to turn Texas into the shit places youâre running from. When I move to Texas from LA, I will definitely never ever vote Democrat again
As a native Texan/Austinite (who's currently residing in CA because, now that we're retired, we can't afford to move back home where both hubby's & my family live) Austin has become a ridiculously expensive place to live. & Leander is near the top if not at the top of that list, particularly because of the property taxes (thanks to Leander ISD).
We in northern/central coast California where it's cheaper to live than in Austin, sadly (don't know abt Orange County).
It's nice you like the area, but we remember when Austin was an affordable place to live & you didn't have to worry that you might be evicted from your home because you could no longer afford the property taxes. Ex: daughter's home went from about 500k to almost $2M in value in just a few yrs. How will they afford those taxes? Retired brother's home increased over $200k in appraised value in 1 yr; how's a retired person to pay taxes when appraised value goes from a little over $400k to over $600k in 1 year. The entire state has gone nuts, inless you live in the boonies or are a squatter!
Hi Jane, I would assume and you may ask your family if they have filed their homestead exemption. Something offered to most all residents and property owners, though their home may have increased in value the exemption will not allow their taxes to increase more than 10% even if their home increases far greater. Ask them about it, they may be quite happy!
With regards to your life in northern and central coast, that is some of the most appreciated real estate as well. I believe there may be someone saying the exact sentiment right now about their beloved central coast, sadly. Maybe someone that left central California to move to Texas and cannot move back "home" due to the rising cost.....
I think the point of my response is a rising tide brings in all ships and real estate increases and has increased over time. There is a story for everyone who feels "priced out" for an area...... me included.
I want you to be my realtor! My family and I plan on moving all the way from CT within a years time. We have no family or friends in Texas so hearing you and your wifeâs perspectives gave me hope for my family!

Such a great video! Very resourceful.
Glad it was helpful!
We are planning to move out of California and Austin is our number one city. I lived in Dallas for almost 7 years in the 90s and I have many friends there from work. I remember always saying "I like Dallas but I'd love to live in Austin". There is a different vibe in Austin, younger, more laidback. Nature-wise, Austin is way more luscious than Dallas and that always attracted me. Now, we are looking at houses to rent first and then possibly buy. Schools are important since we have a 9-year-old. Hopefully, we will be there by the end of the summer! Thanks for all the information!
What an adventure.....I agree with all of those points you brought up.....

I myself am a Korean American who grew up all over the US (mainly the east coast) and just bought a home this year in Orange County, CA. I am now looking to move to Austin, TX once I sell my home in California, but had a few questions about life in Austin that you haven't mentioned.
I am in my 20's and single, and one thing that I've loved about living in Orange County, CA is the vibrant dating scene especially with the proximity to LA and San Diego, making it heaven for a young single professional like myself, especially as a male from the Asian community.
Do you think that Austin, TX would have offer anything remotely close to the dating scene I've experienced in Southern California? Hope you understand that for a young single male like myself, this is definitely a factor in making a decision on relocating out of Southern California.
Cheers, and happy holidays to you and your family!
...oh to be young and single..... lol. Great question, I think I would prefer areas closer to downtown and / or The Domain as opposed to the suburbs. However there are communities that I feel would be a good fit for you.

I love DP! I'm in LN now and we're moving out there in a month or so, we're so excited! Hope your transition was smooth.
I moved from San Jose California to a small town in North East Texas. I have been here for 3 years. My kids go to public schools. My oldest plays football. These schools in Texas make California schools look like 3rd world country schools. I have visited many schools and the high schools look like universities. All of the programs at the schools are fully funded. My younger child is into music. His school has 5 music teachers! The athletic programs have their own administrative staff and office. There are NO trailer classrooms like in the Bay Area. My oldest is taking 3 AP classes that are outstanding. I love the weather. East Texas is drop dead gorgeous. It rains at least once a month. I am in a mixed race marriage so I was a little concerned from what I was brainwashed into believing in California. Texas is extremely diverse. The people are great and respectful. The one thing I do hate is the drivers but then again the Bay Area drivers are nuts also. My biggest regret is not moving here 20 years ago. I worked so hard and worked so many hours away from family because I was born and raised in California and I was brainwashed into believing all the hype. Also note Austin is just one place in a very large state. Austin has kind of a California attitude as far as people believing that is the best place to live. I would suggest a small town over a big town. It is like cable tv. Cable tv has 900 channels but you only watch 5. It is the same way in a small town. Instead of 900 places to shop and eat I have 5 and I love it. Save your money and eat healthy at home.
Mark, thank you for your thoughtful comment and insight. Yes property taxes are higher here, but when you see the fruit of such in the public schools and facilities - you GET it! There tends to be a certain glass wall for those that live in California - I was in it as well. Unique State leading to believe that it is the envy of all other, so we buy into that and until you break through you see there is more. Texas isn't perfect but for the reasons you have experienced thus far-- you did touch on why so many have no regrets. Thank you again and peace, prosperity and blessings to you and your family.

We also own a cabin in the mountains in Ok. Overlooking a lake. Which is only 2 1/2 hours from DFW.
Million dollar view, that only cost me 132k.
I love austin, but DFW is pretty incredible too.
I think there are beauty in DFW area, great communities. But it does not have the topography and nature buffer like Austin. I lived quite close to the beach and PCH where I came from, so I really needed some elements back ; which is why we chose Austin.

Thanks for sharing this video. My partner and I visited Austin a few days ago, and we loved it! We moved from San Francisco, CA, to Fort Worth, TX. This is has been an adjustment for us the last two years, especially for me since I have been using public transportation for a while. Fort Worth lacks public transportation, and there are few things to do. On the opposite, Dallas has a lot to offer, but it can be overwhelming and not very laidback. Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex is not as welcoming, laidback, and walkable as Austin. Also, the scenery in Austin seems different, too, with lots of nature.
To all Californians, not all Texan's cities look like Austin. I am just saying, be aware of that!

Thank you for the content, welcome to Texas. I moved from California to New Braunfuels ( San Antonio metro) 8 months ago, I'm digging hill country living. 35 mins from ATX and 10 mins from SA....The idea of no state income tax, affordable lake home on Canyon Lake and superior schools in Comal ISD drew me out here. I'm blown away on ATX home prices. My mother lived in Austin in the early 80s near St. Johns Ave in north Austin, she brought a new home for 42K in 1981, same area average cost is 372k!
Austin was on number two for me. The downside about ATX is poor transportation infrastructure. From friends in ATX they claim ATX didn't plan for the growth prime example is only three lanes on I35 with no HOV lanes, no inner city tolls or loops like Houston or San Antonio, not to mention overrated home prices in ATX compared with larger Texas cities. My BFF sits in traffic 1.5 hours each way from Buda to downtown.. Austin is close enough if I decide to visit my BFFs for brunch, but far enough to avoid that I35 traffic between SA and ATX while maintaining better life quality.
New Braunfels is growing so quickly as well. I just sold a home in San Marcos as well..... wonderful for you and glad you are happy with your new location!

No worries at all of you don't feel comfortable sharing, or if you would prefer to respond via personal message I would really appreciate it, too! I am in CA and just dont know Texas at all :) Thank you!
HI Christine , we have moved to another nearby area from where we initially settled, email me. SoominSK@gmail. com
We moved from California and we love it here in ATX! The only thing I do not like is the humidity.

And we really want that slowed down relaxed not always go go go feeling for our lives and Here in Portland you will NEVER get that and you will NEVER live comfortably.

@12:15 cool wife to say "bodyboard" instead of boogie board. This coming from a fellow O.C. resident who just moved to Austin. Cheers!
yeeeessss,...
Oh shes knows what's up. Bodyboarding has been a big part of my young adult life.
Excellent video! Thank you.
Appreciate the watch Tyler.
I MOVED MY FAMILY OUT OF ORANGE COUNTY FOR AZ BACK IN 2019...THE BEST DECISION I EVER MADE...WE LOVE AZ BUT I WANT ME SOME TEXAS...!!!.
What's up Jose, thank you for watching. Come get some Texas!
I like what you said about the possibility of doing a video on property taxes.
If you do can you include samples of how I is calculated for those that just retired at 65 please PLEASE and TY.
Loved this video. Beautiful couple.
HI Nellie,
For an Austin suburb, specifically for new construction areas, I would calculate 2.7-3.0 tax rate.
That is as simple as I can share with regards to figuring our your monthly mortgage.
Wow great video n yr wife is amazing. Yes definitely moving to texas soon.
Thank you for watching! If I can help you in any way, do reach out.
Hello, Soomin! Thank you for the video! Could you tell me please what community have you chosen for your family or could you recomend a very good one to live with kids? Thank you

My husband just had a panel interview for Tesla, and they said that they want him to work at Austin. Which neighborhood do you recommend us that is not too far from the company? Thanks
There are few ways we can go with this.
Let's connect as I have a few ways we can go.

Hey Soomin, thank you for this video. It's exactly the type of information I was looking for. Very relevant and authentic. Will be reaching out to you via email. Thanks again!
Got your email and I responded, look forward to serving you in any way I can.
Just came across your two channels after seeing your interview with Mike Sherrard. Subscribed! Super content on both and I really enjoyed this video on your relocation to Austin. Hoping to do something similar someday with my wife and 3 year old here in Seattle. Sounds like a great place to raise a family.
Best of luck Brian on your journey on all fronts!
I want to move from cali but is it worth it ? Trying to sell my house and pay cash for one over there about 500k is it worth it ? For younger people as well im 38 my brother is coming and is 27 single

Perfect video for us right now.
....I feel you and I am glad it is helpful. been there.
Hi there, I'm being led to move to texas from CA. I'm still praying about it. I've heard that 80 percent of people suffer with extreme allergies in Austin ( cedar fever?) it put me off as i have allergies. Is this really a thing? It looked awful on the video but you can't believe everything! So glad you found community.
I am actually very sensitive to allergens , it did not affect me. Some others have experienced 'cedar fever' that I know... but they quickly adjusted as our body does.
We live in Austin. My neighbor is very sensitive to the cedar pollen. Has been for several years âŠuntil 2019 to 2022 . She has had to wear mask because of COVID 19âŠ. She said she has found the solution to her allergies. Itâs called N95 mask. She only has to wear them in the spring now at the height of the pollen season.
thanks for making this video. currently in the Inland Empire in CA and have been reviewing different areas in multipe states to see where is best for my family and Austin is becoming more and more like the choice. Originally from England and over the years being in different states ive made choices that hopefully fit in with Texas in regards to all including politics
Thanks for sharing Alan.
@@SoominKimRE my pleasure, it was a very helpful video. I'll reach out as may need some help, and I won't have a friend there when I go. Lol
Are you liberal or conservative?
@@rdogshow I try to stay out of politics lol
went to high school in Pfuggerville decades ago. We're in norcal now, barely recognize Austin when i visited. apparently there's a lot of Cali transplant in Austin, we moved the wrong way.
that's what U-turns are for!
Wanna relocate from Africa to USA Texas because of your story great work thanks
I'm happy to help where I can.
Great video guys
Glad you enjoyed it
I'm in California and from what my friends in Texas tell me, it's ridiculously expensive over there. Houses and taxes are insane in Texas. Only gas is cheap
Define insane.......Property taxes are higher generally -- but the ability to afford a home and a backyard that would otherwise cost 2-3x in areas like Bay Area, Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego -- from a property perspective is what the draw is.
We are planing to move family to Austin.
If I can help you in any way, do let me know.
@@SoominKimRE thanks! I noticed your number from Anaheim area. Is there any area safe as Irvine?
@@SoominKimRE any property over one acre around $1M at Austin area?
Thank you for posting this video. I know you posted this in September 2021, and I just came across this video, as we are deep in the trenches of relocating as well. I feel you definitely touched upon a lot of similar questions we have currently. Itâs a leap of faith. Once again thank you for taking the time to make this video.
I think the content and sentiment is still relevant today and I stand by it. If I can help you don't hesitate to reach out.

As a Californian,
Austin has become WAY too liberal for me.
Most towns of that size in Ca.
Are no where near as flamingly blue as Austin.
Iâll stay hereâ€ïž
Wow...
Thank you for watching and sharing your thoughts.

Iâm sure.
Few cats in my neighborhood like that.

Mexicans waving Mexican

They donât bother no one.
Just look way too âmachoâ for my tasteđĄ
My kids an I moved from Balboa Peninsula 10 years ago, as I was very sick and could not work & therefore could not pay my mortgage. I am a Vet, NP, & had lived in San Antonio. We're in Waco and really like it. We looked from San Antonio, all the way to DFW! Austin new construction (which I didn't want to live in a subdivision with HOAs.) I do not know if this is still the same, but all the brand new construction:which was almost completed, Round Rock was the Whitest City of similar size and growth in the US! Be careful if that is something that would bother you
I used to bodyboard the Wedge often, so perhaps I passed by your house many times. I am glad you found your place in Waco. Ive been there to surf the surf park several times now....I don't mind an HOA and appreciate the proximity it has allowed to meet some incredible friends and community.
Really enjoyed this video. Very informative. Are you guys in the Cedar Park/Leander area?
Yes we are in Leander! But I help clients in every area of Austin including the South, East and West!
Hey Soomin, your channel has really inspired me to consider living in Austin Tx. I live in Northern California and am just sick of living here. I can't afford any home here and the area where I live has gone crazy post pandemic. I love the homes that you show in the area and am looing for a place with a very large garage space, like a barn home or something like that. Let me know if you know of any homes like this in the Austin area. Thanks.

Donât be an idiot and vote Democrat in Texas. CA is expensive and shit because we only vote Democrat in CA. I still live in LA you canât lie to me about whatâs wrong with CA, Iâm in the heart of it. Donât be one of those idiot CA types that fuck up other peoples states.
Hi Soomin! Whatâs the best way to move everything from CA to Texas?
I think PODS is most flexible option. Its a trustworthy company (beware of moving broker scams). The flexibility comes from the fact that it can be picked up and delivered at a certain date. As opposed to moving truck with movers that will get there directly.
Sometimes you don't want it to arrive for another week while you settle or take care of other business like closing on your home or rental.
Great video! How are the churches there? Anything modern? Iâm interested in relocating after spending the last 5 years living in Asia. Originally from Florida but lived in L.A.
What Faith?
Protestant, Christian I usually go to non-donominational.@@SoominKimRE
Celebration, Red Rocks are both fire.
Thanks for the video. I currently reside in Long Beach, CA. As you know housing is absurd. How much are good condos/townhomes not to far from austin going for.
what do you consider "not far" ?
It cost more now to live in Austin than California. The cost of living has skyrocketed over the past year. Unfortunately, Austin has become California 2.0 đ
I would disagree on the Austin having a higher cost of living than California. But then again California is a big state... so not sure what area you are referring to.
@@SoominKimRE I have coworkers from California who say that Austin now costs more than California. One of their exact words to me were that âAustin has become California 2.0â. And I agree with her, most of us who live in this area do.
Yeah my rent increased by 30% in one year đ„Ž
Growth can be too much of a good thing......have been in Austin since 1971, and obviously have seen how Austin has changed to how it is now, it's not really Austin any longer.....and ready to move.....nothing ever stays the same as always -- anyone who thinks all this growth is wonderful .....well....gotta keep it civil here....
Youâre comparing the cost of living between one city to an entire state, this makes zero sense. For the sake of being specific, San Francisco is more expensive to live in compared to Austin. But Austin is probably more expensive to live in compared to Fresno.
Thank you Soo! great video and would love to know more about leander, heard of the 2nd domain and some other developments coming up in 3-5 years, my son is only 5 now but planning to move there when he turns 10 so thinking of investing in maybe a condo first that may double by 2028 and then move to a bigger house, not sure if that's possible
Hi Antonio, thank you for watching! I don't think its a bad idea to ever invest in property. The idea or desire for it to double is ambitious, but I love the optimism!
Thanks! Thinking about moving from San Francisco!
