Cross sitting in flat surface problem my right leg in cross postion always on air and that the anckle under my knee gets load of pressure and it hurts also glute pain. Any video on on external rotation
Bro mine is soo bad that I start falling backwards. I can only sit like that holding my legs with my arms. The legs hardly go down halfway man. I'm fricken 30 years old man. Is there hope for me?
@@flowmotionfitnessuk not too long, 10-15 minutes. it takes about 30 seconds to be able to walk normally and stand up straight again. As if the elasticity in my muscles/tendons just isn't there.
For sure. We stop sitting like this after we leave school, so for many people it becomes a position that is uncomfortable or even impossible to get into and stay in for any period of time. If we sat cross legged, and adopted the squat position on a regular basis throughout our life then many of the mobility issues that people now have would not exist.

My problems that the ankle that is under my knee gets loads of pressure and stuff, so it fucking hurts
Yeah that makes sense because if hip external rotation is limited it will cause a lot of pressure through the ankle.
Same here😢
Please tell me some exercises to sit in this position
Even the 90 degrees position is hard for me 😢
My knees usually end up feeling tangled inside
My legs usually fall asleep 😵
I suppose that depends how long you sit in that position?
I can sit like that fine but my foot gets numb af

Its the lateral malleolus! It uncomfortable and i dont know how to explain it, and no on else seems to have that issue.

Yes there's definitely hope lol. Have you seen the whole CZcams video where I show you all of the stretches to improve this seated position?
@@flowmotionfitnessuk ah I haven't 😅Will defo check em out tonight! Thanks dude
I'm 21 and I also find it difficult 😂
I am 14 and indian and I cantt
Yea, my feet jst go to sleep, that's why I can't sit in that position, so you didn't help me.
Depends how long you sit like this no? it could also be from a lack of mobility.
This is not a short it’s a whole video
For some reason someone on our team uploaded a short out of our full video, you can find it here czcams.com/video/OnR_C578r7I/video.html
The problem is that if I DON'T sit cross legged, but normally, it feels weird. So my problem is the opposite.
Same
Do you mean normally on the ground?
@@flowmotionfitnessuk yes, exactly
We sit like when we eat food
@@Patel_323 I'm sitting cross legged right now and eating Oreo yoghurt.
Problem is coming OUT of the position and unfolding my body.
As in after a long time?

I do not
I can tell that you still don’t find it 100% comfortable, cause you’re not sitting like easterners

Even after knee surgery?
It depends. Have you rehabilitated your knee?
