Gawin mo ito sa Sitaw, Talong at Pork belly! Grabe ang sarap at napaka daling lutuin. Siguradong magugustuhan ng buong pamilya.
ingredients:
1/2 kg pork belly
2 tbsp patis
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 handful sitaw
2 pcs eggplants
1 onion big sized
6 Cloves minced garlic
2 pcs tomatoes ripe
1 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 cup of water
Seasoning and salt to taste
