You can glue it much faster with McNett Cotol 240. Works with Aquasure/Aquaseal. Just add few drops to the glue and it will be dry in 1-2 hours. No need to wait for a whole day to dry ;-)

but doing this job it's actually an advantage to be able to check an pull apart the bladder if it has stuck to itself which is quite likely to happen because some glue will get inside the hole where the air goes. check and pull apart if necessary after semi-set after 2 hours and then you need to wait 6 more hours - not a day. aquaseal is full set after 8 hours. (no need to wait 24). if using the hardener I don't think this would be possible in the same way. also some products that work like this mean the bond is quicker but not as strong in the end.

I only clamped once and it worked fine. clamp for 2 hours then check that bladder is not stuck to itself (separate if it is) then just leave minimum 6 more hours. aquaseal is fully set in 8 hours total

How well did the aquaseal work? I used sandpaper and alcohol but the aquaseal did not hold well to the valve, it held really well on bladder.

I just fixed another 4 valves. You must be doing something wrong. bladder must be clean from old glue. That's important. Then apply aquaseal on both bottom of valve and bladder. This way both glued sides will stick together forever. Then put something on top to hold it for 3 hrs. After 3 hrs I make extra glue did not get stuck between 2 bladder layers. It's still time to separate them. After 3 hours glue is almost hard but still can be separated if stuck to something. I have fixed more then 20 valves this method. Also, I put a little tef gel on the threads of aquaseal so next time the cup from the glue does not get stuck on the tube. Keep aquaseal in the fridge, not refridgerator. It has to be frozen if you dont want it to harden. Hope this helps.

Yes, I applied the aquaseal to both sides after first removing old glue then lightly sanding and then cleaning with alcohol. Strange

No, I try removing it after I'm done through deflate valve. You can leave it too
