I really appreciated your videos. I have an ACS and a Grand Concert 7 SA and find them both equally useable on the gig. For me the big difference is the solid body of the ACS for playing non guitar sounds. With it, I'm not distracted by the acoustic sound with modeled tones (like bass from the VG99). I do prefer the GC7 for more more guitar type tones even with modeled layers. In any case, thank you for your very useful videos!
Oh yes Andres, I forgot to mention that I purchased a nice Godin Mundial in Ozark Cream!
Both sound excellent! A bit of a 'bass bump' on the SA to my ears. Probably not enough to take the SA over the other. Thank you for posting. 😎🎸👍

I would love to see you review the Godin Multiac Nylon Deluxe with the new LR Baggs pickup system. I'm a huge fan of Godin's acoustic guitars as they make great guitars that hit the price/performance point that appeals to me.
I have the slim one for me there is no way to chance. Sounds way much better.
Good comparison. It's great to know a good guitar technician. Not all music shops have a multi year experienced tech. It's good to know there's one in Sarasota, Florida.

If you play Godin acs slim classical guitar with a pick, doesn't the string break easily? ^^
It depends how much force you use when picking but it should not be a problem unless you use a metal pick
can you use an electric guitar amp with this guitar or do you need an acoustic guitar amp?
Any amp will work, but electric guitar amps aren’t designed to sound “natural,” they are very midrange forward, whereas acoustic amps are more full range, like a PA speaker (which is why many acoustic amps also work well for vocals and have mic inputs). I’ll play out of anything available with mine, often direct to PA’s too. An acoustic amp is probably a better choice to start with, because it will take advantage of the acoustic tone, and you can always add effects if you want. If all you have is an electric amp it will work though, it will just be more nasal sounding. I usually record mine direct or through a hi-fi bass amp I have, and use Bose towers and S1’s for live performances.

Multi Acoustic ... there is a great Robert Godin workshop video (Kytara video) where he explains this ... certain models have acoustic modelling of 4 high end microphones... they play / sound great .... CMcG Aberdeen, Scotland
